Can some give me a link with information on how to sync my wallet.
I don't have a link for you, but just make sure you backup your wallet.dat file if you have coins in your wallet, then delete the whole Sembros folder and download the latest wallet from the OP. It should sync up with perhaps some stalls and lags skiing the way.

I am finally synced up at block 16588 yesterday. Now it is at 17029 and counting. It's not on the same chain as the explorer but hopefully the constant staking will connect my wallet to that chain and move it along.

Yup, it started working after I redownloaded the wallet from the link in the OP, deleted everything but wallet.dat, and started from scratch. It synced really quick up to 16188. Then it stalled for awhile before resuming and for the past 24 hours it has been working its way through the blocks and is now at 17067. It should be synced up with the block explorer soon.
Then hopefully with a few more wallets staking we can get this show on the road again.
Edit: We're cruising now! Up to block 17118 already!
