At the end of 2022, according to the Slovenian Photovoltaics Association, there were 724 MW of solar power plants in Slovenia, which is 258 MW more than at the end of 2021. We are very pleased with the trend of photovoltaics in Slovenia, to which we have also contributed. In 2022 alone SONCE energija, our exclusive partner in Slovenia, set up 1300 solar power plants (total peak power of 25 MW), which amounts to about 10% of the Slovenian share. Next year, we estimate we can expect a rise from 260 to 500 MW. Our plan is to contribute an additional 50 MW of solar power plants, which means for us to record 100% growth again.

Robert Rozman with its solar power plant of 17.42 kW produces 3,000 to 4,000 kWh of surpluses each year, although he has quite a few large electricity consumers, including a heat pump, two air conditioners and an electric car. Robert, using SunContract, transfers the surpluses to his mother-in-law, who lives on the other part of Slovenia. Read more:
