well we all switched to scrypt-n miners and no one can solve the last scrypt block(8287) at 123 diff

yes i also like to know that?I don't see any new blocks...

Spaincoin dev planned a hard fork on Monday 18:00 GMT. No reason stated or known to change algo to N-Scrypt, aside maybe to disable blockexplorer and dump premine or maybe it is just dev incompetence. We are not taking part in this fork and advise you to do the same.

Switch to another pool. This is not true that algo change is with no reason stated. They do not read spaincoin blog. There is description about multipool bad influence on coin's price as they dump for whatever the buy orders are listed.

As of 14:00 EST or 20:00GMT scrypt is still working. Mining fine with it. Hard fork hasn't happened yet.
