Me, either! To the best of my knowledge, it is currently running privately invite-only doing a closed test to work out the bugs.

Bryce has stated he will no longer give time estimates for the actual launch, BUT he has said that the first IAO will be Young Dirty's DirtyCoin ($ODB) and that he will be appearing with Wu Tang Clan on tour and the IAO will be announced while they're on stage together.

Best guess would be sometime on the 6th or 7th of October during their tour at a festival celebrating their 25th anniversary:

He's in DC tomorrow and the AltMarket beta launches after he gets back. He hasn't announced more specific dates but it sounds like something like the 18th-24th, so maybe within a week. Wall St. money and Main St. money (for the IAO) should be coming pretty soon after, so maybe August?

It's a small but legit exchange, but they're down a lot and have limited summer hours coming up.

I didn't create the topic. Bitcointalk isn't what it used to be and Bryce doesn't really use it anymore, but I think he created the post here a couple years ago because it's part of the traditional process of launching a coin. I just decide on my own to post some stuff here that I see on the slack sometimes to give people a heads up.
