Hey,

I just realized https://c-cex.com/?p=thc-btc has no volume. It's a good exchange that is growing and trying to expand the services for the coins it trades. I like having THC on c-cex. It might be a really big exchange in the future.

I think it needs 0.1 BTC of trading every week to not get de-listed. This isn't much volume. If you could part of your buying or selling on c-cex it would help keep this coin on the exchange.

I'm working on adding an app framework to CryptoBucket.com (you know, crypto's social network.. :p)  This will allow developers to create apps for inside the social network.

My test subject for the framework is going to be my beloved Hempchain block explorer, lol.

I'll be using a modified version of the hempchain template to slim it down a bit and see what I can do to add some "social features" like sharing etc.

Happy Hempcoin'n!

any news about the wallet update? (release, features...)
only pos updated with the new release or will come more?

and why is still the old website @ hempcoin.org ?

please share some informations with us Smiley

Any volunteer to redo the BCT Front page. We should implement all the youtube, media and make it look bling bling.
I would volunteer, but I will be out of town this weekend. If no one offers, I can work on it next week.

I wanted to make this for some time but I have at the moment unfortunately very little time. Sad
thank you for this! cant wait to see yout work!

I was away for a month and missed out on the excitement when it went to 600.

I'm feeling HEMP is going to 1400 in the coming months.

So I have an idea about how to increase the utility of THC/HEMP…

I'm working on the proposal over the weekend. This could be huge!

Start with this premise: "The most valuable coins have a clear purpose and function."

This sounds great.

I'm excited to see what you come up with.

+1!

thc.hempfield.club:3333 - fallen over.

It's up and running.

I didn't see any stratum outages, I just verified my stratum has been running un-interrupted since the 12th.  there was an issue with the crons and the webpage was not updating the stats for about 6 hours.  Rest assured all your miners were working in the backend.

I have fixed it up and all has propagated to the site, you can now see all stats for this time period.  This has happened a couple times so far, but past times I noticed it right away and fixed it, this time it happened while I was sleeping. :-)

I find it odd that I don't get an email notifications when there is a problem with the crons.... if they outright fail, I get notified, but not when it hiccups like it did here.

side note: I noticed most of the bonus blocks, especially the 7,875 blocks,  are found with a single share submission.  What this means is that the lucky miner that submitted that share gets the entire block payout since the pool uses proportional payouts.  The only way around this, would be to switch the pool to a PPLNS payout system.

What do you guys think ?

1) keep it at PROP payout and hope you get lucky with the bonus blocks.

or

2) change the payout to PPLNS so the bonus blocks are paid out more evenly.

Personally, I am still for proportional as I find it more fair for the regular blocks, but will set it as whatever you guys feel is best.

Let me know.

Thanks.

I prefer the prop as well.

Me too. Those bonus blocks make mining more interesting.

Did pow end yet

No. POW will never be over. POW rewards will decrease over time though.

This coin is a POW+POS hybrid. There's a block halving in about 4 months and another in 16 months. With long term POW+POS it allows THC to use any upgrades to bitcoins source code and also allows coin staking to further secure the network.

Mining right now really good. You can rent scrypt ASICs for cheap at the moment to take advantage of the great mining situation.
