I would assume just like every other ICO, you wait for the value of the token to increase in value as demand for it grows

Yes, 1TB+ hard drives are cheap, SSD storage is getting cheaper and we already have cars with full, pretty sizeable computers onboard (ex: Tesla), so it is perfectly achievable to have a car connected via 4G, downloading blockchain information. Not saying this will be required, just saying it is possible.

"Priority optimization" would mean you could pay someone for the right to inconvenience them on the road (or you could earn for being willing to sit a bit longer in traffic...)
