It often happens that such data is not disclosed.
Why? This information is beneficial to disclose because it shows a high interest to the project.
Some investors are afraid to invest knowing that a lot of tokens have been sold on the presale.

Often, projects that go to ICO launch advertising their product, without having a working prototype and even a less competently designed smart contract. To make the advertisement really effective, the project should have a ready-made prototype, otherwise it's money wasted.
I've seen a lot of ICO and only some of them fit your parameters. There is no such uniqueness as you say.

Not every project can really boast a ready-made prototype. Projects with the finished product can be counted on the fingers.
But buying project tokens is more profitable at the initial stages. When everything is ready, the price is also high enough and you can not count on large X-s.

Investing in the early stages is very specific - so large amounts are required. If you do not have them, then there is no point in wasting time studying this stage.
You are right, but the difficulty of investing at this stage is compensated by good bonuses.

It depends on what stage of the project you are considering. Usually after preICO, there is already something for all projects.

It is not always so. Most already have a product when they exit the ICO. Many projects do not have it even after the completion of fees.

Token distribution:

60% - for sale (600 000 000 TIM)

10% - team (defrosting one year after ICO)

25% - Early Investors

  2% - the founder

  2% bounty

  1% - Advisor

Soft Cap:  5 000 ETH
HardCap: No. Tokens will be distributed in proportions of the amount of investment.
Early investors have already received their share or is this event still expected?
Most likely, I do not see information about the initial distribution of tokens.
Maybe the developers will clarify this issue.

Some projects, if they already have a product already created, abandon the idea of conducting ICO.
In doing so, they do not even conduct a bounty campaign.

If you look at it objectively, then there is no big difference whether this distribution happened or not yet. If you do not enter the circle of early investors, then you should consider the actual investment opportunities, and not study those that were. On the other hand, sometimes this is useful for developing new investment strategies.
I agree with you that the situation is changing every day and we must consider the actual tasks.

Most likely he means the further growth of tokens in the price.
If he means this then I completely agree with him. I am interested in adequate ICO (as SAAS for example) where the collection of funds goes to product development, and not from the principle "the more I collected the better".
I also like projects that clearly understand the purpose for which money is collected and how they will be spent. This is the right approach to creating a business.

I do not know why you are talking about a long term. This can be done through the exchange.

This is difficult to implement. There are many other players on the stock exchange that can speculate in value. In this case, no one will redeem at an inflated price.
This is the meaning of the exchanges. The price is determined only by real transactions.

I support! To buy something, you must have a finished product. Recently, not every ICO can boast of a finished product even after the completion of fees. I think it's still too early to make any predictions.
A product can be created by a number of commands. Ensure its relevance and with the help of it to take away a part of the market can a much smaller number of people. Therefore, when you evaluate ICO, you should not just focus on the product, it's not so simple.
You expressed a very correct idea. Create a little product, you need to make it popular. That is why most of the budget in modern projects is spent on advertising and all sorts of referral programs and loyalty programs.
