I think 15 TX is too high and 2 TX is too low, especially if you plan halving. If you really feel the need to make a change ... IMO go to 5 TX and halve from there.
actually this will be good, if we plan to half it, what you guys think ? But i will really let masternode price at 100K, min 50K because we need to stake too.

Its called opportunity. The price will not be this low for very long. The team is putting out updates and keeping the community informed of progress and goals.
Lets work on promoting the project on social media. Maybe we can catch some new supporters.
Also the volume on Bittrex is up 3BTC from when I bought in last night.
