We will actually be hosting a public beta test for UseMarket in about 2 weeks or less, before the actual launch. This way we can gather community feedback on it's functionality as well as find any bugs we may have missed during QA. More details on this soon.

We will contact all interested pool operators and provide wallet and source 10-15 minutes prior to launch so pools can be set up and be ready as soon as we launched publicly

I believe it will be fine if we just let the exchanges add us naturally on their own time. With what we will be offering in the next few weeks, I do not see why we wouldn't be listed in a timely manner

The second phase is more of an incentive for investors who wish to buy in to buy in during phase 1. We initially did not intend on making a second phase but realized in the case we do not hit the exchanges within the first week of launch, other people who may have missed phase 1 can still buy USE at (what we consider) to be a relatively low rate. We do not expect our IPO coins to be sold out at all, our initial goal was to be able to reduce the max. supply as much as possible, we will be able to do so by destroying any unsold coins from our IPO, as well as any remaining coins that are not claimed from our free distribution pool.

Because surely after the first week of mining there would be not much of a purpose to continue the IPO.
Are you suggesting we can pay 3BTC to get listed on Bittrex?

I just don't understand why the IPO still running after the POW phase launch?
+1. Why anyone would by from IPO if miners(dumpers) can easily make price less than IPO price? 
Dev should choose one of this option:
1) Set start of mining on 26;
2) Cancel 2 Phase of IPO.
