Sounds like a pipe dream to me.
I am not very tech savy, so maybe I represent the normal person better than you.
1% will hate it, 99% will say, wow, that is a big step FORWARD for crypto. I never knew they could reverse a large theft using the technology to thwart theft.
NORMAL people don't like stealing, pump and dumps and centralization. They like spending money to recieve goods. PERIOD
PayPal can already do that. So can the Federal Reserve. The fed can just print more money to make up for losses.
This is exactly how the big banks got bailed out in 2008.
Why not just use that old system of "technology"? Seems just as "cutting edge" as VRC.
Banks got bailed out for years of theft and misappropriated risks All of which where there own doing. Those banks also hurt a lot of people.
This was a instant, and reversable action, not the same. Not even close. How simple of a mind must you have to conclude what you have is similar?
When you boil them down to their essence it is exactly the same principle. Obviously you are too invested and biased to see that.
