Okay, did you do the following things?:
1. Check your whirlcoin.conf (default is C:/Users/User/AppData/Roaming/whirlcoin) if it has the following:

addnode=107.150.46.123
addnode=90.155.222.162
addnode=151.48.154.149
addnode=66.69.8.121
2. did you use "repairwallet" ?
3. did you delete everything except from wallet.dat and start over?
4. did you check for possible firewalls blocking it?
