Finally I could talk to a BTC38 tech and find the problem.
They can't load my blockchain snapshot. I assume it's because of a different database library version or 32/64 bit mismatch.

They are using the old windows precompiled wallet: can someone who's using the same wallet, provide a blockchain snapshot?

That would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi pallas, is that the wallet version v0.1.1.0-g3fb0591-beta (64-bit) thet btc38 use? The one that can be downloaded from the off website?
If yes, then here is a fresh snapshot:

I've sent it to them, let's hope that works, many thanks!

REMINDER: to make a blockchain snapshot, close the wallet and wait some seconds (to be sure the files are closed), then zip "blocks", "peers.dat" and "trie.dat". Upload the archive to a file sharing service like mega.

Got this today from btc38 support:
service staff 小欣: Hello, I'm sorry, XCN wallet can not be synchronized, we also tried a different approach, but the problem still exists, waiting for the official repair, your deposit will reach the account. Thank you for your support. I wish you a happy life!
(02-15 09:47) about this ticket,

Lol just can't understand how an average user like me can easily sync the wallet and a crypto exchange can not...

the same thing I wrote to Poloniex.
they said that exchange-wallet synchronized harder.
BUT they have solved the problem. Coins from Polo came to btc38 successfully

Poloniex finally credited my XCN deposits.
Market is still disabled: I've asked them if they plan to re-enable it, will report back.

is suprnova estimates for hashrate correct? or is there any correct mining calc for cryptonite?

because i find calc on bitmakler.net,but it says that i mine 2.73 xcn with 42,5 mhs.

Suprnova estimates are about double the real earnings.

djm will look into porting M7 to the new ccminer build of 1.8.4 as I asked him on github when he released updated ccminer

Great news!
That's a tedious job I honestly would never want to do :-)

If the small transactions are working and the bigger ones are not, they may be out of coins. Or in need of using their cold storage.

That's what I can find about your wallet address.

The tx ids don't show. As far as I know - that means that BTER hasn't published the transactions to the bitcoin network yet (or they're on a fork which I don't think). Which kinda makes sense because they're not in sync yet anyways so can't do anything.
I guess you have to wait until they're back online.
Yes, I think so too.
And thank you calmed me a little.
but transactions with small sums of coins reached successfully
