you were supposed to transfer funds to c-cex for swap. We have been shouting about that for about a week on all possible channels: here, twitter and irc. Have you done that? If yes, then remove everything from the roaming folder (old wallet included; you may keep the copy somewhere else. You need a new wallet, as blockchain was restarted - so called hard fork!), download new wallet, open it, get the new address and transfer your coins from c-cex to the new address. Done. Should work this way. If not, repeat this procedure from the beginning.

Exactly. I was lucky and two of my blocks already got me a PoS reward, so I can confirm the new wallet is staking.
But as mblados correctly pointed out, you are competing with the others for a PoS reward and that is why sometimes it is quicker, sometimes it is slower, depending on the number of the coins and their age.

Thanks for your interest in XDE, first of all.
XDE is a rare coin - there are only 100 coins and on top of that, in contrast to other coins with such a low coinage (e.g., 42), provides also PoS - 10% annually, up to another 100 coins in total. Thus, this is the first rare coin with PoS and now finally all is working fine.
Making PoS working smoothly with such a low coinage was a difficult task, and that is why we had so many swaps - all handled very smoothly by c-cex.
Mblados, can provide more details, but that is in a nutshell, that was the main reason behind the swaps.
