Tell me please where can I read instruction about claiming XEL from my Bitcoin private key? And when mainnet and wallet will be live to claim XEL? Thanks.

Go back 3 or so pages and you'll see instructions on how EK would do it... Lite Wallet is not out yet.

Anyone looking to sell his/her coin at a reasonable price (1500sat - 2000sat max) should PM me, I'm interested in buying some since I missed the ICO.

this is not reasonable. look at the market (e.g. golem) then make a discount for not beeing ETH token (-50%) then add percentage for better product (+50%) and you are at >300 million. THis would be market value and reasonable. Unreasonable would be anything higher than 1 billion

Actually should be >350 million    Wink

Someome on slack channel ask this question, can someone provide a good answer

--
just read about Elastic being able to run on GPU
anyone knows if it will it be possible to code deep learning modules in it?
if it possible to build a neural network with thousands of nodes it will be a killer use case, competing with Google level infrastructure
--

I don't know enough about neural networks to really answer this question; however, I would think that many of the various algorithms needed could be created in ElasticPL.  What I don't know is how much data would need to be stored / shared between nodes for even a basic neural network.  We are still working through the data storage part of the design.

That is why it appears safecoin will be incorporated in the Howard system.

First I want to commend EK and Unvoid for the great work they've been doing to get the Lite Wallet ready.

Just a quick update from my side...I've had some free time, so I was able to go ahead and code the SuperNode interface.  I now have a POC working so that the Core Server can talk to the SN to validate jobs, bounties, etc.  It will still be a couple weeks until I wrap up this piece, and of course it won't be complete until sometime after the Lite Wallet when EK has some time to code the Core Server side of the interface.

Great news coralreefer and thank you for putting in so much effort.

The same goes for EK and unvoid.

We really need to get a foundation set up and start paying you guys for past and future efforts.

Someone was looking into the process of setting up a foundation.  Anyone know who it was and how far along they got?

Also, about the website.... @by rallier was developing it and was asking for content, but I haven't seen him on here, so the relevant content for the website that I've been squirrelling away from the various comments written here have not been going up on the website, since I don't know where to access the files to load the information into the relevant pages.

All this talk about losing your private keys is making me nervous.  Undecided

Not me. I have sent from my Bitcoincorewallet and have a backup of my wallet.dat. So I'm safe.  Grin

Just the idea about losing it or claiming it wrong would be awefull, something that can really happen to me Tongue

I just hope we get an exact date and time for Mainnet since most of us live in different time zones.

There's really no safe, trusted way to trade right now. Probably best to wait until it hits an exchange. Doubt it will be on Poloniex right away. And Bittrex charges a fee to get it listed, I think. So it will most likely be listed on a smaller exchange first, in which case there should be ample time to pick up coins for a reasonable price. Exception might be if a whale decides to pay the Bittrex fee to get it listed, so they can get the best price for their stash.

Speaking of Bittrex, there is a whole list of things that should be in order before contacting Bittrex:

Specifically - a team member will need to go through enhanced verification. To my knowledge EK prefers to stay anonymous.

Here's the 1000x1000 transparent PNG logo, for Bittrex or other marketing.

Well, not sure if those are all mandatory steps/requirements, but it looks like it's

For me, such "commercial" listing is just an option, and I'm pretty sure that if Bittrex will see high demand on other exchanges, they will consider adding XEL by themselves, just to not miss a part of those precious fees. If not, then it's their business after all ...

No, because memory, available to ElasticPL is very limited.

Any progress on our new website ? A guy on twitter was mocking " great product ? With a non working website " which I replied :

Check talk.elasticexplorer.org . The new website on the way. We make the product then the website unlike shit coins !

I think Byrallier is developing one, I'll build an interim website if needed.
