what exactly is your problem? I use anonibet for several months and have always received withdrawals within under 4 hours.
Additionally, bet settlement (especially live-betting) is really fast!

problem: team name changed in my coupon. im win, but your system changed team name after event ended. so my coupon lost. my money lost.

Here are how a bookmaker customer service or any other corporate company customer service operates, step by step for you to understand:
1. You should email
[email protected] and wait for their answer. It does not take more than 24 hours normally
2. Once you have received the answer, and you are not satisfied with it your email them back for clarifications etc.
BUT if you instead of following this normal steps, you post an ACCUSATION, Anonibet.com being a scam! We do not answer promptly because it is a kind of blackmailing. We hate being blackmailed with false accusations. Anonibet is the oldest bookmaker operating since 2011 and there is not single complain about a customer winning not being paid out or whatsover. We are serving over 6.000 active customers and we never had such complain. We had time to time technical problems in the past that has caused delay in grading the matches, payment etc.
By principle Anonibet always acts in favor of the customer when there are technical problems etc.
The pm in the forum is not a place to email your request. We have a support email on our website for your use. I have checked now the PM you have sent and find a detailed email about your issue. I have forwarded it to our customer service. But I can not promise we will act in your favor if i is not our mistake because you are trying to blackmail us.
