It's always funny seeing a thief justify his actions.

AnoniBet needs to release the guy's info so no one else gets scammed by this scumbag.

Not a lot of responses.  I thought for sure that people would get interested in 15BTC, but this message thread is dead.  I picked what I thought was the better of the two choices.

New York Knicks -6.5      -105         ฿ 15.76    ฿ 15.00352

I hope Bitbook seizes these funds and returns to AnoniBet would be great political justice, We gave them the thumbs up.

and you shouldn't be one to point any fingers.  you attempt to blackmail betting sites when they dont want to pay your site or use your review site.  you're only out for yourself and your bottom line.  if you came into a 15 BTC windfall you would've kept your mouth shut and hid as quickly as possible.

your behavior in the "stakeBTC thread" is reprehensible.  all you do is try to leverage people and sites, much like you've "given the greenlight to bitbook."  do you think they give a rats ass about you?

people keep using the "keys in the ignition" analogy.  its just not at all accurate.  its like comparing apples to a train.  those BTC were GIVEN to me, whether intentionally or by accident.  THEY WERE GIVEN TO ME.

they keys in the ignition analogy only works if i TOOK THEM.  I've been gambling for a LONG LONG time now and i make mistakes all the time.  i bet the wrong team by accident because i'm rushing, or i bet a team and didn't realize that some superstar wasn't playing.  mistakes happen constantly.  there aren't take-backs in life.  mistakes and shit happen and you have to live with them.

Well, I wouldn't have bet it all on a -110 bet like you did.  I do think that was unfair but at the same time, I'm not judging you.  I feel like it's like if I got $15,000 randomly put in my bank account, I'd ask the bank, what happened?  and most likely they would take it back and put it in the proper account.  Or, if I came to work one day and there was $15k in cash in my desk drawer...it's like you can take it, or send an e-mail to the firm and ask if anyone knows anything about it.

That's why I suggested something like betting a fave and taking the proceeds and returning some to Anonibet.  Maybe even just give half back to them.

If bit book seizes these funds they should get an award as most honorable sportsbook.  Anonibet released ownership of these coins when they sent them,  the beauty of bitcoins,  no charge backs.

In previous cases how many times have people sent transaction fees for 80 btc and not got them back.

These are bitcoin rules coins, if they win and he gives back 15 that's great.

Leaving your keys in the ignition doesn't give anyone the right to take that car. Sure Annoibet screwed up. But an honest man unlike yourself and the rest of your bonus whores syndicate would have sent back and not came to the forums and did a dirty like you/him just did.

AnoniBet considers them gone as they are an extremely classy organization it just would be political justice and a laugh and lesson learned if it was done. I doubt anything happens as AnoniBet has made it clear they will wipe there hands from this mistake.

At the end of the day BitcoinZrulez is not a thief, he has not stolen anything from us.

Wrong. He's a scumbag thief who stole 15 bit coins from you.

Leaving your keys in the ignition doesn't give anyone the right to take that car. Sure you screwed up. But an honest man with any sense of integrity would have sent back the overpayment.

This sort of thing always amuses me.  High and mighty fools on message boards.  0% chance this guy would return the money.  The people who say they would have to think about it, and how life changing 15 are, or those who say they would want a percentage are honest.  people like you who see in black and white are pathetic human beings who will always be mediocre.

you gotta think outside the box, see shades of gray and take chances in life.  i'm guessing your a religious freak too with 100% perfect morals and ethics.

please bro, at least be honest with yourself and us.  your response comes off as jealous and envious of someone who doesn't have 15 BTC.

As was always my intention I will let the gods of fate decide what to do with the 15 BTC bonus.  It was obviously a mistake for them to send them to me, but as I stated yesterday I am a gambler.  I will put roughly 17 BTC into play on the nba tomorrow on whatever the consensus game is from the smaller thursday load.

Tomorrows Games choices:

Phoenix +10 / Indiana -10
Cleveland +6 / NYK -6
Clippers +5.5 / GSW -5.5

I will bet however much i have to, to win 15.  If i win, I return the bitcoins.  If I lose, we BOTH lose.  After consensus is made by posters I will post my bet here.  Voting will close 1 hour prior to start of games tomorrow...

We are not planning to sue anyone for 15 BTC. If you have noticed I am calling BitcoinZrulez with his forum nickname, despite having his full name, email and even his picture (thanks to Google+). Even if he does not return the btc, we will never breach his privacy and disclose any information. At the end of the day BitcoinZrulez is not a thief, he has not stolen anything from us. I made a mistake and have asked him to return the 15btc. This does not make him criminal, this was my mistake and I will pay for it.

Sounds a bit like Dooglus mistake at JD once.  But because BTC transactions are final Imo the coins belong to him as it was your mistake.  Again I would send back 90% of the coins, as me having to deal with this but if he doesn't he now controls (owns) the coins.  Unlike a bank with USD they could sue a person for this mistake btc you cant, again one of the great things about btc.

INteresting point but I believe you could sue the person who has the BTC if you could locate him.  It is still rightfully anonibet's money.

quone17, your right! Anonibet is to classy though they will write it off.

Hi to everyone,

I am reading your comments with a smile, it is nice to see that the majority here think BitcoinZrulez should return the 15 BTC.

I will not comment on your action BitcoinZrulez. I just want to explain how it happened, so the community know the full story.

BitcoinZrulez has deposited 15 BTC on Anonibet, as he stated he did not place a single bet and asked for a withdraw. I am the one who has processed his withdraw. I had to process it from a different wallet because I did not want to deduct %5 handling fees from his deposit. We do not want people to use Anonibet as a safe to store their Bitcoins that is why we have such a rule, stated on our website Terms and Conditions:

2 Deposit and Withdraw Rules
2.01 Minimum deposit and withdraw amount is 0.001 BTC or 1 mBTC
2.02 Maximum withdraw order for 24 hours is 500 BTC.
2.02 In order to withdraw funds from your account, you are required to place bets as much as the amount deposited. If you make a withdrawal request without placing bets 5% handling fee shall be deducted from the amount you have requested.

But since BitcoinzRulez deposit and withdraw request was made the same day, and without any bet placed; I transferred his 15 BTC from another wallet in order not to cut %5 from his deposit. Since his intention was not to "store" his Bitcoin with Anonibet, I wanted to be fair to him and made payment. But I forgot to cancel his withdraw from our system, and one of my colleague has processed it the next day, since the withdraw request was there for almost 24 hours, he processed it as soon as he notices it.

Following that mistake I have emailed BitcoinZrulez, to claim back the 15 BTC.

So this is the full story from Anonibet side. BitcoinZrulez would agree with all what I say here I guess.

Kind regards,
Michael
