Payslip not an option sakin, baka mag make up na lang ng business kuno online selling or something. haha

Yun nga ang masakit eh, have to comply.

If hinde kana comfortable sa ganitong updates ni Coinsph, better not to use it anymore pero since most of us here ay no choice, kaya magcomply nalang. Supporting documents ay kailangan talaga, just try to contact them as well if you have questions about the update.

Ang problema kasi hindi iyong ang first time na pagsubmit ko ng source of income.  Way back  early 2018, nirequire nila ako magsubmit ng KYC, nagcomply naman ako at hinanapan din ako ng source of income dahil nga medyo malaki talaga ang kinukuha ko noon araw araw.   Nagsubmit ako ng source of income ko from trading, as assistant sa mga bounty campaigns, at from signature campaign, that time fortunejack ang campaign na nasalihan.  That time nasa 0.04 BTC weekly ang pasweldo plus bonuses ng fortunejack kaya napaka generous ng Sig campaign nila noon.  Wala naman naging problema during those time, inaccept naman nila yung source of income ko kaya nagtaka ako nung humingi ulit sila ng update ng source of income ko ay rejected na.

So paano ba ang pinaka magandang pag state ng source of income kung ang source ay paminsan minsang  pag ttrade at karamihan ay kung may signature campaign.

Mukang magiging madalas na ang paghinge ng update sa KYC ni coinsph, last week lang may notification na naman ako regarding KYC and they are asking for the updates. Siguro, yearly na ren ito to confirm if you still have other legit source of income.

Halos lahat tayo ganyan na-receive.

Totoo yan.
Well, still, good luck nalang sa kanila at sa mga remaining loyal users nila.

I just received an email from Coins.ph regarding an enhanced verification stuff.
To better understand how we use our accounts daw.
According to the email, non compliance until July 13 will lead to account limitations. Wadahek coins!

I have found another platform way better than coins.ph.

I use Abra app now.
I've never used Abra, but it seems to be a "custodial wallet now" and the fact that the "recovery phrases only work in their platform", it's just a false sense of security!
- Nothing stops them from imposing similar restrictions.

I got the same interview request. Those reading this thread, they locked my account. They insisted for a recorded video call interview. It is not mandated by BSP to interview customers via video call to get your "KYC" or know your customer details to update your customer record on their system. Withdraw your money and/or crypto  as soon as you read this because you will never know when they will lock your account. I don't trust them anymore. I have found another platform way better than coins.ph.

I use Abra app now. Setting up this app is seamless for me. Verification process of customers is automated (mabilis). The fees are low and can transfer money to your bank account, e-wallets, crypto wallets, etc..

You have a point, but as much as I hate what I'm about to say, I don't think there's a need for BSP to explicitly mention "how" they should gather those data.
They can actually interview us if they want, or they can request us to go to their office for an interview if we don't want to do it online. As long as it's mandated by the BSP, they would do the necessary steps to comply, so if we will not comply, they can just close our account so they'll not be penalize.

I'm not aware of the steps but KYC is really mandated.

Well sa sariling experience hindi ko naranasan na kailangan mag undergo a recorded video call interview. Maybe because I have fully verified my account since 2016, although sometimes there are prompts to re verify my account. I just don't click on the reverify button, wala naman pong problem.

Although if you guys are looking for a BTC wallet with a superb level of anonymity, i promote ko lang din si Wasabi v2 wallet for desktop. Click on my signature to start. -wink-

So they locked your account now because you rejected the insisted the recorded video call.

I have never encountered such a video call interview ever since I created my account in 2016. Maybe it's a case-to-case basis, depending on your transactions, if there is an issue with your identity verification if you need to update and comply with it.

Sa akin, so far wala namang naging problema.
