So... I am not posting to whinge - but as a warning to others. If you are sending anything back to Bitmain - be sure to send it tracked and registered.
I went for the 'quicker option' and sent it via 'regular post'. Not recommended.

So, now I have an Ant that cost me 1.45 BTC, it only mined for 16 hours and then the controller failed. It had a solid green LED on the network port. A quick 'two-way-swap' confirmed the controller was faulty. So I posted it back on the 19th Feb. I have emailed and PM'd both Bitmain and Sushi, till I am blue in the face. Bitmain just keeps replying with the same message.

Your delivery times and zero BS approach are exemplary, we should be so lucky that other companies were half as good. You just need to tighten up a little on your after-sales customer service. Keep up the good work - and purleeze - check your PM's and email and sort me out....

https://www.bitmaintech.com/product.htm works just fine for me.

Website seems to be back up and going to the usual DNS - Bitmain as already issued a warning about a copy site that is trying to phish for details.

I wonder how under attack the main site is!!

If you go to that domain you get the following message "119.9.72.212 uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.bitmaintech.com , bitmaintech.com (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)"

I placed my order on the regular site and didn't get any certificate errors, hope that means my order is good and not jacked!!!

Bitmain is ridiculous with their daily sales. Kudos for a mining company that knows how to do business and treat their customers right (So far).

i did get another rm1000 psu ordered today ..

i am really thinking hard what to do since the S2 is on the horizon ..

i am working on bringing up my r9 290x's on the guild today ..

so i will be thinking hard what my next move will be if buy S!'s or wait for S2 ..

What is the standard wait time for RMA items? I have returned 2 broken control boards over 9 days ago and have not heard back on any response regarding the parts. While most S1's we have purchased have been in good condition, 2 of the 40+ have faulty boards that need replaced for them to work.

Is there something I can do to expedite the process? I have emailed both BITMAIN, Sushi (per request of BITMAIN), and contacted their QQ numbers, but still have not received any information regarding the status of the RMA.

It would be nice to get these S1s running that have been offline now for nearly two weeks, as they are losing value quickly as time goes on (as you know with the price drops).

This is for Bitmain to disclose, my company is looking to do big business with Bitmain, All I will say is this will be a very good miner and be one of the biggest competitors for other company's
