When will be on sale antminer s4 (2-2.5 Th) ?

There was no cutoff date in my account page / bitmain website / email. How you got that 22 July?
Also, it doesn't mean that I'm requesting for a refund.

Just got my first S3 today. Plugged it to a LEPA 1600W PSU (using all 4 PCIe Connectors) and attached it to the network. It looks as if the fans are working, but for some reason I can not connect to it. The LEDs on the Network Plug also do not blink although the cable is connected to the switch (cable is fine, already tested that).
I have a lot of experience with S1 miners and my computer is set to IP 192.168.1.100.
Any suggestions how to solve this?

1. why is your pool info repeated twice?
2. remove stratum+tcp://, just keep stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334
3. maybe add a second pool
save and apply
wait until it beeps, then check

Sorry, pasted twice by accident...
I tried removing the stratum+tcp://, no change... no beeps either...
Also, when I try diagnostics, tracert and ping both fail. reports Network unreachable...
My WAN shows activity, my LAN shows no activity and is set to DHCP... Should I be changing this to a static IP address as well as the WAN address? (two different IP's???)
is your router on 192.168.1.1?
do you have other miner that might be on 192.168.1.99?
bold numbers should be the same for router and miner, but could be different from standard
Good call Bio, bytechanger, log in to your router (what router/broad band provider is it?) and check the Default Gateway setting.
My router for example is 192.168.1.254 (most common is 192.169.1.1) - you need to set whatever this 'Default Gateway' ip address from your router in you miner config 'gateway' address.
figured it out...
Apparently you have to put in a password AND you must fill in all 3 pool's, otherwise no data appears in miner status...
Anyone know a couple of good pools I should use for backup?
BitMinter is a very good pool. It may be small, but the owner/operator is very good and responds to any/all questions on the pools forum

Honestly, I have three units on the other side of the wall outside our bedroom (Have most of my house circuits loaded with ~1000kW worth of mining hardware.) I've already modified the S3's by trying to cover up the speaker inside, but alas, they are still slightly audible whenever they do (seemingly) randomly beep.On a related note, I'm moving my entire operation to a DC next month, and have the most tolerant and patient wife in the world.

Yes, I read a message somewhere, I think it was in this forum that we had until 22nd July. I chose refund, and also received an email telling me that the refund will be paid into my BTC wallet, but didn't say when? So far, the refund hasn't turned up in my BTC wallet.

No its nowhere stated in the website or forum by BITMAIN.
Ideally they should email the previous ordered customers.

do i need a psu? what do i use to control it?
You need:
a PSU of at least 600w bronze per s3. (i'm using a 100w gold PSU for my 2)
and a web browser to go to the ip of the miners for configuration purposes (default 192.168.1.99)
My 500W Corsairs are working just fine. I don't intend to oc, so it's OK that the 500W only s 2 pci-e.
I'm not surprised at all. The Corsair CX500 (if that's what you're referring to) has a maximum of 456WDC on the +12V rail which equates to 536WAC at the wall at 85% efficiency. At 80% load (20% headroom), the CX500 would be drawing 429WAC at the wall. Therefore, buying a CX600 or a CX750 to power a single S3 is a waste of $.

3. Beeper rings randomly?
We set a beeper ring alert in the first version of firmware, to alert users when there is no immediate hashing work due to bad pool configuration.
However this alert will be removed in the later version of firmware.
Users can download new version firmware on July 25.

Rather than removing it completely add an option to disable it.
I have no issues with the beeper and its not alerting me unnecessary.
I have a Fiber Option Internet connection of 4/8mbps. No unwanted beeps.
