Allright, i feel like i will try to push one of mine to 225 mhz... let's see Tongue

Up and running ... more to come Tongue

22 mins in 445 Gh/s (still going up) Fan speed is pretty much the same .. temp also 38-40. It looks like we could push those more with the correct DC/DC component replacement.

50 mins in, 450 Gh/s for the first one.
30 mins in, 409 Gh/s (only) for my second.

End of test for now, back to normal freq.

But that board is for making easier to connect dell psu with antminer right?  Do you need soldering there?

I'm from Europe , where can I buy that Dell psu and board?  Many shops don't deliver to Spain. I have corsair cx750w 80eur but yeah that Dell psu is thinner and smaller
[/quote]

No soldering needed, kit has screws, cable, psu, and board. I and someone else posted link above. Not sure about Europe I am US but check with them. Someone else has had problems but I have not so do some additional research.

OK thanks.

If you put dip switch 1 to on the fan is almost silent, temperature controlled by power supply.

Running 430's on both but very cool and quite. PCE cables very cool

Nice set up you got there!!

Silly question, but aren`t the ethernet cable ports supposed to be at the back of the unit??

where do they sell power supplies like that? Is it dell? did it come with that board also? Smiley

Yes it is a Dell server PSU 750w here is who makes and sales the boards. There was a group buy going on for them I just bought mine direct. You can get the board or the whole setup.

They are loud. Awesome PSU's, just loud as hell. GF won't let me have them in the house anymore. Something about "I can't hear myself think over those damn things!!" Thinking isn't her best attribute.  Wink

Actually that board has a knob for fan speed so you can turn down and it is really quite.

Yeah, but if you turn them down too much you will start seeing your hash rate drop.  I have 3 of them load balanced running 5 OC'd S1's in my warehouse at work.

Good to know thanks, appreciate it.

some advice they are a shock/short hazard and not too good with power use.

Thanks, I have had for a month and a half now and no problems but will keep an eye on them. You have a bad experience with one?
