Nice Toplist-Graphics / new values - total and average over all miners / better Offline indication / Bugfix in the refresh-script - sometimes not all miners were written in the Database.
v12. Added: Trend-Arrows, Flags in extra column, showing all Column-Titles, Google Analytics / Refresh-Script improvements
