These merits have almost become impossible to get, and the new rules are really frustrating.

I suggest to you as a newbie just do the right thing like post in the bitcoin discussion or in the altcoin discussion and don't do the spam and join the bounty that you think is good.

I am not sure of what kind of advice you really want. But if you are talking about this forum. Then the first thing you should do is read the rules. You have to read them carefully because if you break any rule, you will get your account banned. Concerning investing and trading. If you are really a newbie, then you must make lots of researches before starting to invest in such a coin. Other than that, enjoy your stay.
Can u be more precise as what is your area of concern, in general i can only say that you should focus more on leaning about Crypto market and just be safe.
