I think the price of bitcoin will fall in August, it has started to shake up confidence since the last theft events, there will be nothing to change for me, but my impression is in this direction.

bitcoin is an unpredictable currency because anytime anything can happen in bitcoin but as we can make a weak prediction about it according to the circumstances bitcoin is getting low and it has decreased the market price it is passing through a small dump but it cannot be fix price of the bitcoin the price of the bitcoin keep on decreasing today and soon it will increase after august first because a lot of people are buying bitcoins and keeping it save for long term profit. Of course yes, your bitcoins is safe in online wallet when bitcoin's hard fork is happening, if you don't send the bitcoins when it is happening, the problem in bitcoin's hard fork is happening actually does the online wallet bitcoins will gives the bitcoins cash to you or not, because not all of online wallet support for splits of bitcoins blockchain, if you want get BCC bitcoins cash, you can put the bitcoins on jaxx.io wallet. This will be a terrible event, even the price increase will reach hundreds of percent within 3 days, so I have to prepare big money to buy bitcoin after 1st of august.
Since most people will move bitcoin to cold storage and out of exchanges, price at 1 August could sidewalk by lack of liquidity. It could also have high volatility caused by high spreads with fewer offers but after the 1 August all the pressure on transaction queue will be reduced and money flow in making it sky rocket again to new historic levels, perhaps $6000 very fast. For BCC things might go way more speculative, but you need to acknowledge all alt coins help bitcoin right now by handling transactions offloaded from bitcoin limitations and BCC will add to them. The result is that altcoins has suffered already with bitcoin new threshold that will be activated 1 August and soon the new threshold is hit altcoins will gain value again. So everyone gains because the demand is high and cryptocurrency is still on their baby stages and soon 1 satoshi should value $1 and altcoins will help with low value micro transactions !

I guess if a hardfork does occur the bitcoin price will decrease in my perspective but if an split doesn't occur and bip91 will activate itself the Bitcoin price will skyrocket but who knows what might happen in August 1. I have faith in bitcoin will surpass this and will still triumph in the market. I thought that bip91 has reached 80% required threshold and will get implemented but some news and articles has posted that an hardfork will occur instead. The question is for me what will get implemented is it bip148 or bip91 ?
In my prediction for bitcoins 1 August 2017, there are chance the comunity of bitcoins split two except bitcoin's network be two, because there are some people who support bitcoins cash and bitcoins, this scenario Will be like ethereum and ethereum classic, so the best strategy for investors in my opinions, we must hold bitcoins and bitcoins cash, we will get doubles money in bitcoins.
I just bought a lot of antshares for my BTC.. Anyways. I am not going to read BIP-91 and I will probably buy back my share of a bitcoin at double price.

I think that just before August 1, the price of Bitcoin will plummet to sound 2000 USD. After the storm has died down in the following days, the price should increase up to 3000 USD at least. I hope that no fork happens that will cause the blockchain to split and that can drastically affect the price.

Currently, the BIP91 is being accepted, which means the hardfork will be postponed, however, things are still not officially announced, so we still need to wait.
I remember the new year 2000. Prediction told that perhaps Microsoft windows would crash and after that tear down the whole modern society as we knew it. Stuck in elevator and so forth.
Just because they only had a watch build in that could not go any further than to the year 2000.

Many predict 2 weeks before 1 Aug BTC will go down, and this is not proven. I do not care about other people's words and predictions. All make me dizzy.
I just sit and wait.
That is right because all predictions are just a prediction and have just a small chance of becoming true , So in my opinion just stick on what you believe and just hold because bitcoin is not going to down or die because it have a strong foundation and for for me I will still hold my bitcoin no matter what. I just sit and wait.
