Both bounties and Airdrops are still paying till date, all it takes is doing extra diggings to pick the non time wasting projects out of the pool of bad or scam projects

Nowadays two out of ten bounty projects will pay and the payments might be low as well, if you aren't ready for that it's better to quit but if you like trying out your luck then you might end up be surprised by what you earn, same thing already happened to me

Rewards aren't big like before and now bounty hunting requires more energy and time, if you are satisfied with these two disadvantages then nothing can stop you, remember, nothing good will ever come easily, we have to keep trying hard to get what we hope for
Let's put it in a simple situation, if you are joining a bounty campaign that you believe the project is good then you should not be worried about what you receive or what will happen in the short term, you treat yourself like an investor whose main focus is the future of the project.

if you don't care then that would make the project look bad as you may dump anytime, anyway, you wouldn't care much as that is only a bounty reward.

Guys are still earning from bounty, we may not expect to earn as much as the miners, but the little we earn from the bounty is good enough for some of us to establish and make life with, especially the signature, translation still delivers something more worth while. If you are a miner, trader or in any other form earning bitcoin heavily, you  may not need to join bounty.but if not thisa good time for you to get back on bounty, it will be more reward any time soon "after the halving".

You can just start working again as a bounty hunter, but the pay is not fixed, and it's not as good as in 2017-2018, payments are only a few dollars, during 2019 and this year income from bounty is insufficient so if there are other side jobs, maybe It is better.

Some new projects started to use bitcoin signature campaigns for their bounty but not too many spots to get a chance to earn for regular average poster but this is happening after a long time so more new bitcoin bounties will be expected to run once cryptos seems too bullish until that keep away from those useless tokens. But if you want to take a break from forum you will never get a chance on bitcoin signature campaigns.
in fact, bounty hunters still use their signatures because they feel that there is still a chance for profit. however, most people prefer bounties that hold IEO in well-known markets or projects that have marketed their tokens.
IEOs from shit exchanges have no difference with useless ICO bounties so any hunter shouldn't promote a project just because it also have IEO,even those exchange might never list the tokens which they were promoted earlier.Be wise and use your time for something productive like trading to make money rather than wasting it on spending bounty tasks for months.

Back in 2017 and 2018 the price of crypto reached the highest price at that time, there was a lot of investor interest and not too many ico projects so it was very easy at that time for the ico project to succeed. When compared to this year by measuring starting from price and competition, I judge this year many projects have failed so that it affects the results of the bounty work.
Many projects fail or turn out to be scam hence its not easy nowadays to join in bounties because you're not sure if your effort will be paid off in the end. Unlike last 2017, lots of ICOs succeed and participating in bounties are profitable thats how I earned a lot. Unfortunately the current situation is not like before, its better to invest in coins rather than participate in bounties but still it depends on your discretion.

So I hear that bounties really paid in 2017/2018 but all of a sudden, everything became worthless and some don't even pay as promised. But I feel everything boils down to all coins and tokens to have dumped. By next bull, I know bounties will pay again. The same reason I am willing join now so as to prepare for the next bull. Good luck.
I don't think the next bullrun will give you a good outlook like 2017. Although you can still make money from good projects, we won't be able to see the thousands-dollar bonuses, instead. In there are the change...

Hi,

I didn't get any valuable tokens for several months in bounties (even the promised tokens without any value) .

Are you still earning money with them or just a few bucks (which is not worth to bother)?

In 2017 and 2018, it was so profitable. Now, what is the situation?

Should I start again?

It is true that bounties are profitable in 2017 and 2018. After BTC peice goes down and down, I lessen my time spending in here. But today, I am not that sure since I stopped joining bounties last 2018. It is because I have to prioritized something else which is my career. But this year I decided to come back hoping that I can still earn something in here just like the old times. I can't really answer your first question but I am hoping that the answer would be yes.
many people do the same thing you, they prefer to focus on their previous job that will give them certainity in income. after 2017, many bounties project failed and supporter didnt got their reward, or atleast its value very small and unworthed from them. but today, after market slowly recovered they comeback again to bounties and airdrop in order to get money again.

I also have a share of bad bounties in fact over 25 bounties and airdrops are useless and considered shitcoins but that is now the situation of the bounty campaign, I'm planning to rest doing bounty campaign but checking I find my current campaign with good potential in the market so I still go for it and just hope for the best.

I had been earning in bounty last year it was GOLD signature campaign,
I only joined them since they are paying monthly and with a fixed price and also their coin could be easily traded into BTC and ETH so it already have a price.
But other than that I haven't tried any other bounties yet.
its good signature campaign mate, and also have high payment rate. but looks like bounty manager very restric to accept every participants. they want each participants have good post quality active in forum. maybe less of campaign will paid with fixex amount in token that already have price in market. most of them still paid in token that have no value yet. we hope in neat time while cryptomarket already totally recovered we will find good bounty again like 2017 happen.

I stopped joining bounty campaigns (altcoin-paid) already but when I stopped it, I felt that the profit that I can get from it is slowly declining so I decided to join on a campaign whose paying their participants with Bitcoin and I'm on it for a year already.

In 2017 and 2018, it was so profitable. Now, what is the situation?
Bounty hunting isn't profitable anymore for me because of the fact that scammers are everywhere. There are many ICO's which are either a scam coin, a dead coin, or a coin who doesn't have any funds to start because they've failed to get funds in the token sale.

Should I start again?
You should stop at once.

I think this is expected as ICOs are not doing well these days. I stopped bounty hunting for more than a year now because of the crypto situation as everything is in a dip. I'm not sure if the glory days of altcoins and ICOs will still return as it seems that investors fear to invest into new projects nowadays.   Looking for good ICOs nowadays with a good bounty campaign is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Anyway, those got from bounty campaigns and airdrop when I was still active seems like it still doesn't have value these days.
