We are not in 2017 buddy. We are in 2020, the reality is that bounties are not profitable like before but that is not to say that we are not getting anything at all. You just need to be a part of the few good projects

if compared with previous years, of course it feels different, especially with the ICO project industry. You can see from 2018 - 2019 there are many problems about the market situation such as the price of coins is not significant and the ICO project is no longer profitable. even I personally also have a bad luck that does not make much money in participating or investing in an ICO project.
if you are focused on the bounty program your life will not progress, the bounty program does not always give you a big gift, try to start a business or you can work

I have a friend who regularly follows all the bounties there is right now and he has been doing this for over a year. He has earned a decent income from it, maybe not as much as a living wage of course but it is a decent side income that could very well be considered a side job. He has a twitter account, he has a facebook group, he has worked hard on improving both of them to a level that would be beneficial to both him and the bounty he joins, he has a good account on bitcointalk that is legendary that he himself earned over the course of years, using all of that together he has managed to create this side income.

However, when I look at how much he worked on these things, I have to ask myself, does it really worth it? I feel like I wouldn't be capable of putting in so much work for just a side income, it is definitely amount of work put towards a regular job, that yields a side income amount of value.

Promised projects can not control their coin's, price depends on their project investment and market situation can decide how will be worth it. I still earning in bounties but mostly worthless tokens in my wallet. Gained a huge of success since 2017 to 2018. Higher ranks members still earning good in signature(btc campaign), bounties hunters got tokens likes u.

Now days is so difficult to earn good amount from bounty. In 2017 and 2018 was golden time of bounty. In present time lot of scam bounty is main problem to get good amount from bounty. You can try to find some good bounty, where you can get good payment.

The current bonuses of the programs are few and few have quality projects for all of us.
I think that if you do not want your efforts to be wasted, do your homework and decide whether or not to participate.

The current situation is not as good as in 2017-2018. Since 2019, the bounty has died and very few people can make money with it. Bounty only exists if new projects are successful, and today new projects fail because of the market's bad situation. I hope the market can uptrend and new altcoins will be more interested. From there we can see the bounty as good as 2017-2-18

I belief lack of support or funds is not the main reason why projects are failing, developers aren't good at delivering good projects that will no how win the heart of investors, developers should give us something new and refreshing not what we've seen thousands time before

We got IEOs and it is still has a bit of hypes though so you should probably look into that. I can't say that the hype of it would be gone, but some are speculating that it might disappear soon.
Bounties can still make you earn, but the question is how profitable projects are these days. Does an IEO project that would list their coins in a reputated exchange like Binance would guarantee you and other people a lot of profit?

Most of the projects are failed due to a lack of supports and funds. That's why many of the bounties didn't pay after it finishes. But I don't think the time of bounty is over. There are still some good projects running right now. It's not how it was before as you say but it's not fully over.

Hi,

I didn't get any valuable tokens for several months in bounties (even the promised tokens without any value) .

Are you still earning money with them or just a few bucks (which is not worth to bother)?

In 2017 and 2018, it was so profitable. Now, what is the situation?

Should I start again?
a glorious year for bounty hunters to happen in 2017 and in 2018 it was already difficult to benefit from bounties, I returned to bounties again because prices have begun to recover and hope there will be more beauty for bounty hunters in 2017

The most user here experienced the same thing as you experienced.
There is no good bounty for these past 2 years and most of them are actually end up being a scam project.

Not yet, but I am still hoping to earn again and still searching for a good bounty campaign.

The situation we have right now is exactly the opposite of what we have last 2017 and 2018.

I'm still waiting from my last two campaigns since coming out of Yobit campaign but since it will take quite some time I now opted to promote coins that are already in the market, I think it's more preferable to join campaign where coin or token is already in the market, than those who are asking funds to get in the market.
not many like that. but several projects have marketed their coins in exchange and continue to hold campaigns to strengthen their communities. a good marketing strategy, but unfortunately only a few like it. mostly as you say. they hope from the campaign that they do can bring in investors who bring money to them to be able to register in exchange and develop their platforms.

2019 was a better year for bounty hunters but those who aren't ready to go deep are the ones that missed out, to win big rewards now you have to give in a lot, do multiple campaigns and do make sure you do research first, bounty projects with real use case will have better chance to become successful

Look at the signatures, many of us wears some bounty signature! We earn from bounties, how much we earn it's a different question. Many
people is not satisfied with the money they get from bounties, I would say that some people expect too much!
I believe in the current bounty in my signature. Crypcore is an exchange that have some good and unique ideas. Bounty is ongoing, anyone
can check it and join!
I have seen the project that you participated in in the signature campaign, the duration of the bounty, which is 6 months long enough.
in my experience the exchange project will take a long time to be able to sell tokens. For example Nauticus, Cobinhood, BCNEX and now their exchanges are closed.
for the rank of Sr. members, I suggest to join the bounty with Bitcoin payments.

So many exchange tokens were launched in 2019, but a larger percentage of them are not doing well. In fact, at a point, I began to see them as waste of time. It is better for you to participate in just one sure project than particpating in so many and yet, none of bringing forth good result. This you should have known right from the beginning.
The funny part is that, so many of them claim to be like NBN, , ut are not ready to work and bring forth good yield like Binance.

For me, now is a difficult year when relying on income from bounty work. Because most bounties now are completely new projects and they require quite a long time, from the duration of the bounty until they enter the exchange.

Every year I witnessed these questions from the users who are frustrated with the bounties they have joined. The clear answer is, every bounty out there can be the potential life-changing bounty you've want to join since you came here. You just need to try and never give up because those tokens and coins that you keeping in your wallets, may gain price in the future. You need to understand that wherever you will go if it's yours by destiny, no one will ever get it from you.

Its been a while since I last join in bounties so I dont have earnings coming from it. Im contented joining in a campaign that pays in btc weekly.

Should I start again?
You're free to join in bounties but make sure you conduct your research before participating. The reason why its hard to join in bounties are due to scam projects that are existing.
