This is not true First of all, there are NO LOSSES!

What you see as a loss on the chart and balance is not a loss but simply visual issue on the chart due to btc-e API problem we experience.

Your money is NOT lost. You can simply check your btc-e account.

We'll look into fixing it asap. Some of the money could be in unfilled orders. Until orders are filled they are not on yoru balance and the robot does not see it , interpreting it as a loss. However money are still there. Wait till orders are filled

Your money are safe and not lost, you can check your btc-e account...

Rest assured the robot is safe and if you can have drawdowns they are usually minimal, it cant "blow" your account like forex robots do. It's very safe.

My losses is very big.It is ok that with robot graphs,but it is just nice story.On btce accounts (all three of them) my loses is more than half in $.On 3 acc had 5500$ now have 2100$.That is not because price drop but robot negative trade and lost btc.
On main acc had 3.2btc by price 1100 now i have 2btc by price 865.HE LOST MY BTC.Now i have to wait price of 1550$ to get my money back.If I let robot to do some more "PORTFOLIO GROWTH" i will have 1btc in short time and must wait then price of 3000+ so get money back.
On request for money back they give me explanation what was happened,btce api is blamed

Unfortunately everyone cant be winners.

Minimizing risk has its cost as you need a clear trend before you either sell or buy which can cost you when the market is this volatile, worst case if you don't minimize the risk you could end up with a wallet full of BTC that are now worth 1/3 what they were yesterday. (hypothetically speaking)

Not throwing in the towel quite yet however i would like to know if there are any way we can adjust the robot so it does not react to the strongest bull/bear trends, as they tend to bounce just as hard in opposite direction which is where the robot is "tricked" into doing these bad trades.

Don't buy it.

Be careful it is a scam and when you asked to refund money on 60 days back guarantee they don't refund.
I bought it one week ago and I asked refund on 5 December and nothing.

They don't refund it....so don't waste your money because there is no money back.

That it is not my experience.Yes robot suppress downfall better than buy&hold but then sell your bitcoins low and buy high and loose all of your bitcoins.I am now suspicious that they somehow use that to buy from you cheap bitcoins and mask that with next price leap.That is "robot is made to grow your portfolio value" and in the background you sell to them by lowest price your btc.In my case that is more than 4 btc Sad

PS: Yes I have four gold plans because i run in to btcrobot in worst moment for me, when price start to grow from 100$ to 1000$ and i didn't see what is behind that "your portfolio growth" story,as i explained,and like all other hungry a*ss wanted to use profit on one robot to another and so on Sad

Crazy volatile week for bitcoin. First some controversial crypto-currency news were released by the Chinese government.

Bought mine yesterday, turned it on slightly before the downfall. It bought 1btc at 985USD but since then it has not done anything. havent even updated my portfolio value. What is going on at the moment?

You should read few last pages of this thread and be extremely careful about your further actions. Unfortunately I cannot exit with refund as I use robot for more than 60 days, which were actually problem-less and I saw the profit value raising.
Then it went to troubles, robot get restarted, all progress deleted, no compensation for lost profits caused with provider of this payed service and highly unprofessional attitude. Bot is unstable, keeps switching off without any notice and for no reason. Support is silent about
It's my experience.

I haven't read here anyone with positive feedback, except insiders, who are probably benefiting from propaganda.

WTH mine keeps getting bulltrapped over and over, and its starting to become rather tragic, as i have said in an earlier post i have set my robot in Aggressive mode, which is stated as a long-term-trade-logic yet it very much looks like its trading in ultra short term, and it keeps loosing, is the robot not capable folloing the market fast enough hence why its getting trapped over and over?! Please we need to get some explanation behind this.

Im sure most agree and understand some of the reasoning for this "cut eventual losses with an actual market crash" however most know that bull traps are not crashes there are someone who manage to manipulate the market and keeps tricking "us" (the bot) into doing BAD trades!! WTF!?
