Why do we care about another rich guy who only buys crypto but doesn't use it? As OP says it's just a personal point, nothing to do with Apple investing or planning to make crypto use a part of their company policy.
This is not an indication of crypto growth just an increase of crypto ownership. Not a bad thing but not the same as "mass adoption".
I disagree. Because first of all, he is not just another rich guy investing in crypto, he's a well known rich guy. And even though it has nothing to do with apple, but by the fact that he's acquiring bitcoin or other cryptos out there, announcing it to the public can truly make a huge impact.
And also, maybe in the near future, if ever Apple find some stuffs in crypto that will bring something new and great advantage to their company, they might create a new product with crypto along with it. Because the CEO itself is investing in crypto, he must be into something and not just doing that stuffs for his own interest. There must be a hidden purpose, that is what I think.
I really don't care how well known he is, I don't know who he is and I have to tell you most of the world who doesn't go on Western social media or even can afford to buy Apple knows who he is.
Show me the impact he made on Bitcoin market. We're in the middle of a dip right now, is that because of him?
Wake up people, this type of news is called hype. Nice to have but not important as everyone says it is.
