Since Aquarius has changed their ticker into ARCO, this should be easy if yobit want to listed Arctic coin on their exchanger,

Aquarius coin violated the order of announcement of Ticker Code and has nothing to do with ArcticCoin. We were able to prove it with c-cex, and they are removed from the voting Aquarius.
