Well obviously, it is. Anything that produces money with minimal investments(labor) is worth all the effort! Specially in this industry. Just think about it, who would give out money that has the same value and potential to grow on your country for minimal efforts or simple tasks? Specially when you lack the requirements or the college degree?  None right? Hence, I conclude that doing simple tasks in exchange for bounty and airdrop rewards is truly worth the effort. You just have to be wise enough to differentiate bounties and airdrips that are worthy enough to spend your time and efforts with to the ones that are not.

as long as it's still free or doesn't cost money, it's still worth doing even though sometimes we get results that aren't worth it and we need to remember that bounties and airdrops are just a sideline or just to fill our busy time when we relax
Don't mistake me but this is the mentality that has allowed campaigns to ruin bounty hunters. If you are working for someone then you must get paid, regardless of whether you spend any money or not because you spent time and efforts on the project and it must be paid.

In most cases, it doesn't worth your time and energy. The bounty scams are going to drain your energy after a few failed bounty payments, better to learn new skills and use these skill for earning money on freelance websites. Many bounty managers don't even guarantee the payment at the end of the campaign, so be prepared to fail.
That's what I also feel until the bounty hunters start respecting their work and feel pride in what they do. As long as bounty hunters are going to work without thinking about being paid, the situation won't improve anytime soon.

If you spend time and effort into something make sure they know and pay for it. This is one thing bounty hunters have to realize.

I was wondering if Airdrops and Bounties worth the effort.
It all depends on which bounty you are working on and what the project has in the vision for the future. If you are working for a project that has a good vision and decent team then there's no reason the project should fold and burn out. I have seen some bounty do really well and the coins were worth more than what they expected.

That said, there are scam projects all over as we all know and on top of the scams, there are various tweaks in the smart contracts through which project owners can reverse transactions and take back the coins held under escrow.

Be very aware of the project and if you end up working for a good one, it is absolutely worth it!

You can see one such case here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-burstmoney-project-scamming-bounty-manager-and-participants-5338454

Airdrops and Bounties this is certainly good, but at the present time it is not enough also need to participate in testnets to increase the receipt of altcoins without investment.

It's tough to say which one will be the legit project or airdrop. Many legit project didn't pay their hunters and we don't have in our hand to do so against them. But some of them pay the hunters with handsome amount which is also true. That's why, we can say it varies and depends on projects if they pay then obviously it is worth to work.
Very disappointed for sure if we have done our duty in the project but in fact it is not paid,
and I think that's the risk that being a bounty hunter is not easy, of course if you experience this,
but indeed we need to find a clear project and that takes effort
research still needed altough we didnt spend our money for this effort. some people didnt aware with their reward and prefer let it go and move on to another project, there are alot effort that we spend during campaign periode and its be our right to received the reward. if we dont receive this, maybe labelling scam and spread around the crypto market

Had this question been in the past, my asnwers would have been a lot different from today. Because if you ask me, despite of the fact that most of the airdrops are free the amount of rewards are already very small and would somehow be just a huge waste of time specially with the fact that mkst of the airdrops nowadays are scams. If I were to put some effort, I would rather go and join other bounties instead which has better compensation for your efforts. I suggest that you also do the same.

I prefers to participate in bounties to airdrops because of  chances of earning reasonable amount of tokens is bright unlike airdrops  though is free but in most cases their tokens are worthless without any value. Although bounties are prone to scams however if a hunter does a thorough research before participating in any bounty, there is the tendency of earning bountiful rewards,  last year I participated in YOUC bounty in one week I earned big reward.

Are you sure you are telling the truth? You havent participated in any bounty during last 9 months. All you do is posting minimum required posts to meet weekly task and that is it.
Bounty hunter can do dozen of research and still be cheated with project. Recent examples are Student Coin or Amepay campaign. Bounties today are all about being lucky to join a bounty, which will be lucky if someone decides to pump its altcoin.

I have not participated in airdrops for a long time. This is most likely a waste of time. But in bounty campaigns and especially in subscription campaigns, I still participate. Of course, we are still often cheated with payments, but sometimes the new tokens received can be sold quite well. To a large extent, our participation depends on our free time, habits and need for communication in this forum.
Therefore, while there is a possibility and probability of earning new tokens, I intend to use this opportunity.

Working for crypto has been a big blessing for me and for those who shared with me the passion to do bounties and participate in contests. Of course you might think that the airdrops and the bounties are a waste of time but it is not. You dedicate your internet and family time, electricity, and computing resources to participate in bounties so in a sense I won't call this a free money or earning crypto for free. Still, if you are new to crypto, do bounties. It is definitely worth it.

You should try, if asked if it is worth it or not. I guess it's worth trying, because from my experience following the bounty I have a hefty income, and not a few of my friends are successful from joining bounty. All it takes is a wallet and a social media account. you also have to be patient when facing projects that don't pay, because that's already a risk, as hunters we don't have protective bodies.
for risk, of course, bounty and airdrop campaigns both have it. but for the project in question is it worth it for him to follow or not? To be honest, analyzing the project is very difficult. watch out for people who take advantage of airdrops and bounty hunters for their own benefit. Pay attention to projects and teams and their documents. that's very important.

Participating on a bounty campaign is worth it many thanks to the projects and diligent bounty managers. It has greatly helped me and my family financially compared with the airdrops which is rarely making money out of it that is why i never take seriously this kind of campaign.

This is easy way to earn money by to do simple task, and for people who do not job and have alot of free times, this job is recommended to do. In 2017, I earned alot of reward from bounty campaign, but after the market changing to bearish, its more difficult to earn reward from it. But currently market on bullish trend, so alot of new project launching and looking for investor and they will need bounty hunter to promote their project.

You need those wallets if you're needing to get the airdrops from those coins you mentioned. I don't think such airdrops are happening in those coins anyway.
In any case, I wouldn't just jump into airdrops if I were you. Bounties are fine, but airdrops are kind of sus for me these days already. One attempted to phish me when I received one email back then.

I'm learning a lot here about how people here invest and that tells me a bit about the market in general.

I was wondering if Airdrops and Bounties worth the effort.
According to this article you need several wallets.
https://blogs.airdropalert.com/9-wallets-airdrops-bounties/
Then you have to find out about the drops, do somethings to get them (e.g. follow the coin on social media).  And there might be other steps I don't know about.

Coinbase is running a Dodgecoin sweepstakes.  You have to buy or sell $100. of Dodgecoin to enter.  That is sasy.

https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/getting-started/other/coinbase-sweepstakes

I'm not sure if Airdrops and Bounties are worth the work.

I only do bounty that inspires confidence. Received payment and quite decent. I stopped doing airdrops. None came to my wallet this year.

I'm not sure if Airdrops and Bounties are worth the work.
both are important, because the most valuable points are not from the prizes you get. but at least you know more about what an airdrop is, and how a bounty is. so you can distinguish the benefits of the two. as for if it is not necessary to do it please trade and prepare capital for it all.
There is now a lot type of airdrops. And a lot of people also misunderstood what really airdrop is or bounties.
Airdrops that required to fill in some personal information and do some minor task? I don't think it's airdrop.
Since airdrop for me if they will send you their tokens in your address, like if you already doing such transactions on a particular network, like Ethereum or Solana ecosystem, etc.

And speaking of bounty campaigns, there are a lot of bounties now compare before 2017. So expect that most the bounty campaigns now are trash, but some bounty campaigns are still good, especially paying some token that already in the market.

I'm not sure if Airdrops and Bounties are worth the work.

Airdrops are free incentive for some sign up and users. So I dont think and that can be considered as work right? Its just a promotional task that is so easy to do. Now to answer if its worth or not, well I guess thats depend om the project right? Sometime these airdrops are worth a lot and could be a fortune. But not all turns out to be like that.
