There are still Many good opportunity even in these bearish market The main points Is to know what projects you are actually investing in because When they don't have a good project they get scared and they won't want to list after ICO, Because there are still some project doing good and I don't see any reason why you good Project wont succeed
I think there is still good opportunity is some ICOs but just be careful in joining ICO projects because of what happened last year that there are do many scam ICOs and some are discontinued due to huge downfall of market. Do an intense research before joining in token sale and bounty.
Opportunities for ico will always be there if ico can be improved, a good team is very necessary if you want ico to be successful and suck a lot of investors, last year many ico failed and scam, we hope that in the future there will be improvements for ico so that all can run normally
Now is a hard times for ICO's. But Binance started their launchpad and BTT become very successful. Need to look on how it will be with Fetch.io. It is a good sign, that on such bad market we still have a chances for earn money on ICO.
There's still hope for ICOs many projects still raise good sum of money in their ICO phase what propels investors to invest is the viability of the product in question and community backing it up.
I am pretty sure that there are still opportunities in ICOs but they are just few. Because many ICOs nowadays are failed or maybe a scam. Before picking an ico, make sure to take a review on the project and have a research on the team if possible.

Many successful ICO projects, in order to avoid bad market conditions, they will wait until the market improves, and then decide to go to the exchange.
Many ICO has finished and has not yet entered the exchange market list because they have seen market conditions that have not yet recovered. If under such conditions, ICO coins remain in the exchange market will experience bankruptcy. Of course, this is not desirable and they will continue to wait until the market pumps again.

What i believe about those many coins that aren't listed in the market is that they are waiting until the right moment to put the coins into the market, or perhaps that is just one of many scam coins that spreading in the market.

Of course there is reliable , the ico market did not die before the end , I think when the bull market comes, the bitcoin market can turn around and ico is also natural
