there is no good opportunity for investment nowadays but the holders will definitely had some opportunities to get the profit in the end of this year because the good sign will definitely here now in this time.

I think so, but the ico are evolving, investors are looking for parameters that show more trust. The ICO format of 2017 I don't think can work anymore, we need more guarantees such as the STO (security token offerings)

ICOs are dead due to low market prices and there is no much things left for recovery. Investors and bounty hunters should be careful for making their decision about projects. ICOs with working product have successfully completed their roadmap but unfortunately current circumstances in market don't let them to continue.
I also believe that icon market is not like that was in 10-13 months before. The icon ecosystem is not going well for many reason. The main reason is the whole market conditions. Its still not at good position. The second is many scam or failed icos. There is almost 80-90% maybe more are failed or finish ico.So people and investors are kind of afraid of investing in this place. But still there is some icos which are performing well in the market. And some project really want to do something.. So there are still many opportunities for icos if they are good enough.

The reason is primarily that investors have lost interest in participating in ICO; this is primarily due to the huge number of fraudulent projects that are cheating investors. This is the key to the problem.
Many ICOs are successful but are not on the market because currently market prices do not support, because prices tend to fall and even in large numbers. Maybe developers are waiting for the right time to enter the market. If the ICO enters the market when the price supports, the profits they get will be maximized. If asked whether ICO is still reliable or not, in my opinion it is the same as before. ICO is very vulnerable to fraud so the potential to become a scam is very high. So it cannot be used as an reason that the ICO will release in market when prices improve or rise. Finding the best ICO in my opinion is very difficult, it's like winning a prize in a lottery. But even though such opportunities still exist even though they are only small.

The market's market determines the investor's investment enthusiasm. If the cryptocurrency market is very strong, most of the altcoin prices will rise, and vice versa.
There are still numerous opportunities to earn in ICOs especially if the market was to recover and be as it used to be, the ICO business would soon boom again, meanwhile presently there are projects that are doing very well but they seem not to be making any effort to be visible.
I believe that the people has lost their beliefs in the ICO's, this obvious. If there will be a big bull run i still would say the ICO business has came to an end. Everyone knows that there is big risk when you invest in ICO project and no one want to take this risk anmore, included myself.

I think the era of successful ICOs has come and gone hardly could any investors in ICOs makes any profitable investment more so the market had been flooded with all sort of ICOs in a bid to attract investors however at the end its either a scam or non profitable, recently China had started banning ICOs this shows that they (ICOs) are out to collect funds.more so Cryptos markets is still in bearish runs invariably no hope for any new ICO to survive this precarious market conditions
Most ICOs are built on third party platforms (blockchain), so they are tokens by definition. For me, token should represent the value of something, be it service, or possibility, or anything. You would hand over your token in exchange for something! If the project is in that sense, it's interesting to analyze this ICO, because if it promises anything other than providing something through its token, this project is only about money.
I think there are plenty of ICOs to come that will offer great value propositions and real use cases for tokens. Blockchain fundraising is a killer app.
Have you ever participated in bounty? or have you ever invested in ICO projects? there are many ICO projects but most are scams, if you have ever participated in many bounties, you will understand that
ICO to me has become so useless that 98% of it will certainly fail either because of the market condition or because the project itself is useless, it is advisable for anyone to be very careful before taking part in any ICO because most of it will make you lose your hard earned money. It is not the best time for ICO.
There are still good and profitable ICOs if an individual or investors can do due diligent research before make a move to invest. As much there are good ICO also are bad ones that's why study the whitepaper and the team members behind the project is the best before invest in any project else stand the chance to be scam.
Yes I believe that there are still ICO project startups that is promising than the current project. Don't forget that this is technology and innovation is keep on ruling this space. Don't get FUD because most of ICOs are scam, always remember that every project is different. Try to trust some.
I paused for a while from cryptocurrency because there were so many ICOs that were misused, like fake teams, worst WP, weird platforms.

Well, why have the ICOs of the past mostly failed to deliver on what was agreed upon in their WP? This neglect and treatment of ICOs is a product of what these people have planted in the not so distant past. The time has come for countless projects to show their results, but where are these teams? I don't follow the ICOs market and frankly, I don't have a single interest because unfortunately it is a game of marked cards. 
The bad market value has so much affected many ICOs they have been so much at the disadvantages and many have lost value. There are still reasonable ICOs to join but with good check out. The bad ones are even reduced cpared to before.
I think there are plenty of ICOs to come that will offer great value propositions and real use cases for tokens. Blockchain fundraising is a killer app.
There will be for sure, ICO will remain here unless the government will make it an illegal way of raising funds. I believe this one will be regulated in the long run and will become a major factor for the growth of crypto, many projects will participate
when people are buying their idea and with proper information dissemination with the help of the government, it will help investors to understands
the risk and reward in ICO investing.
As long as they will not see it as a quick way of making money, it will grow and could possibly gain institutional investors.
