ICOs are almost dead now these days, nobody interested in buy them as investor knew that they will get very less price than ICO launch price when they launch any exchange because of recent dent in the market, even some of them never launches and some of them scams.
This is too exaggerated, they are in the same condition as the entire cryptocurrency market, and he is not dead, though not going through the best of times, as soon as the market reversal happens, the ICO will gain strength again

With lots of videos saying that the bear market is almost over, maybe it is a good time again to invest in ICOs due to the huge potential moving forward. But, it is a huge risk as well for what if users dump all their altcoins and simply go to Bitcoin.

But if you choose the best one to invest and keep supporting their project for a future result then you may go for it. Listing on exchanges are not the best decision for many projects. Because after getting listed in exchanges price would be dumped.
You can't be sure if your are profiting in investing ICO even you know how legit it is cause the market decide its future and so the participation of the investors as well as the team behind. Without their support, it only ended for nothing and could give losses to us. It is better to check if it have a working product already or not, and to make assurance.
Yes there are a lot of opportunities here to earn in icos. Just research before investing money and there are a lot of icos that are created now even if the market is still bear. The important is they have a will to make a project that is usable for the people. We are not done yet and the possibilities of having many people turn into crypto is high. You need to identify opportunities which obviously won't come by asking it here, you actually need to find the right sources for it. I think there are still some other ICOs nowadays that are reliable when it comes to gaining profits out of our investments. We all know that the current situation of markets is too bad for an ICO to be launched for the reason that most of them are accepting major coins, also due for too much scam and even unsuccessful ICOs, some investors are lacking some interests to invest nowadays but I think they will continue doing it once the market will be stable.

I think that those ICOs that started at the end of last year saw the situation on the market perfectly well and knew what they were doing, so it seems to me they can be quite reliable!
The ICO market isn't what it used to be, that's for certain but we all have to understand that while this is the case and bad eggs are everywhere, there are also good ICOs out there that are making waves and have performed well even in this market.

Most of the ico now got affected with the situation of the market, that's why most of the ico project always failed to fulfill their due date.
Where in the end once the due date has come they always have an extension for their ico project. Or if ever they fulfill it, they locked the token distribution to prevent dumping according to them, which is not supposed to be happen. Because the no. 1 get affect by it are the bounty participants and the investors as well. Though, there is a big opportunities in the ico I believed in that matter.

Expect that new ICOs will have a hard time catching up to the phase or status the old successful ICOs have made. The more ICOs that have emerged the greater will be there competition despite the fact that they are really not similar to any ICO. Uniqueness in the ICO may be a good strategy to surpass others in terms of achievement or status but it does not actually guarantee better movements of the coin. This is because we use money to buy these coins and because an investor will have only a limited amount of money to buy something it would be for certain that he will only buy a few of these coins. This makes it difficult for new ICOs to get into the competition. This is now up to the developer to make it more attractive, so comes more advertisement to attract people.
