The most of the people say that the smartphones exist to give others their undivided attention, but what they don't know that using the phones during social events actually diminishes them own experience of those events. So this tool is responsible for our unsatisfying social interactions.

We are really addicted to our phones? What can we do? What you can do when you keep your phone on and what you do on usually?
I spent much time using it, but not in "addict" way. I use to to work, to read news and to chat with people. I don't feel or see any addiction in my case.

if it is said that it is not an addict, it is very difficult because the necessity that results when you do not hold your cellphone, there must be something that you feel is not available

Am a cellphone addict when my laptop is not around lol...Sure one thing that makes cell phones very addicted is , you have it with you everywhere you go and its very mobile . I like to use my phone always. Sure sometimes when i get bored , there are couple of installed games on it i can play to relieve myself and sometimes too, there are other related business apps that is installed of which i have to attend to. However the two most addicting and enticing thing that keeps me glued to my phone is whatsapp and facebook lol

Undoubtedly modern phones in many ways help to be active in the social world or issues related to work, but do not need to be dependent on them!

It can be said that I am addicted to smart phones. At the end of the day I have often never been separated from a smartphone. The point is we have to be addicted in a positive way so that it can be useful. But the impact of this addiction is very dangerous for the health of our eyes, so we must be smart in maintaining our health.

I think it's not the fault of a cellphone https://iprice.vn/gia-ban/apple-iphone-8-plus/. It's about how we manage to use it.

What a tricky question, but it seems that I'm dependent on a mobile phone, but it suits me!

It is, isn't it? If we're embracing the convenience of a certain technology, that makes us automatic addicts? So are we addicted to the internet as well? I don't know why there's a negative connotation to our dependence on technology. It was designed for our use, right? And this is only the beginning. Since we are at a digital age, we will see more developments in AI, as well as augmented and virtual realities. Let's just evolve along with these developments, shall we? It will be for our own benefit, anyway.
