I try to minimize how much i use my phone. i've uninstalled a bunch of apps that took up a lot of my time and i've started reading more instead. Feel more productive now.
Since my iPhone is tracking my phone usage, I came to the conclusion I might be a bit more addicted then I thougt lol
The most of the people say that the smartphones exist to give others their undivided attention, but what they don't know that using the phones during social events actually diminishes them own experience of those events. So this tool is responsible for our unsatisfying social interactions.

Yes im extremely addicted to my phone.My life revolves around my phone usage.This is a problem its almost if my brain is on auto pilot when i use my phone. I put my phone down then 2 minutes later im back on it then by the time i have realized hours have been consumed sad but true.
It is actually a necessity for my job so I can call it an addiction too. 
Yes, most of the time I always hold my phone playing games and doing some extra kinda stuff like watching anime or reading some quotes in Facebook.

I must confess that he spent a lot of time on the mobile and if it is not on my phone it is on my pc 
I am more of an internet addict, without internet connection, I don't use my phone often.
I don't think I am...I'm using it when I have to or when I'm extremely bored but as long as I have stuff to do, social events with friends and stuff, I'm able to not using my cell phone all day
I can say I'm not, but it's becoming my habit to check my phone, Everytime I'm bored or before going to bed.

Oh yeah, I really enjoy the company of my phone because it's expose me to a different world,which I really can't do without, so I would say am addicted and my head always down on my phone.
I use my phone for listening to music and browsing social media like twitter and sometimes facebook. I barely use it to exchange text messages and calls to anyone. I don't think I am a cellphone addict.

I can say yes i am one of the million people around the world that is addicted in using cellphone because there are many things that i can do in my smartphone like earning money online through my cellphone , paying bills using my cellphone and also i like to play online games using my cellphone. Its my everyday routine that i am using my cellphone for me to relieve boredom also.

I think that if we are addicted to our phones, and that to improve this we should put in hours of use, when we do not use the phones for educational or work purposes. I usually use my phone for work, college (doing research), and to talk to my friends from time to time to play.
yes, unfortunately I am a cell phone addict but I think because I use it to do various things such as texting, calling, listening to music, watching videos, using the gps navigator, the calculator, taking pictures, surfing the internet, viewing altcoin quotes
