I think, I'm not a smartphone addict. I am used to limiting myself to using a smartphone. I will not touch my smartphone when it is quality time with family, friends or co-workers. There will be a rule that who touches his smart phone will pay for all food and drinks. I will also take the time to enjoy the beauty of nature rather than just gluing to the gadget. I think if you are too fixated on smartphones, gadgets and technology, then our interactions with other people in real life will experience interference.

That's a nice device! What small icons you have! What launcher are you using. I've been using the Nova Launcher. I love that you can customize it so much. There seem to be endless options! I don't keep my icons so small though. I have a 5x6 grid, not counting the tray at the bottom. I wish I could get my phone rooted. I have the Galaxy S7 SM930U. It's virtually impossible to root.

I admit that I am indeed a mobile addict. Most of the time I use my mobile phone to play games or watch movies, because the phone is more convenient to carry!

I’m actually more of an internet addict than cell phone addict.
I use the smartphone all the time, sure, but only because it enables me easy access to internet.

So I do not have to use the smartphone per se, I have no problems using different devices such as tablet, laptop and such, I just need to get access to the Holy Grail (internet Cheesy)

I am not a cell phone addict. To avoid being an addict, one must set a time limit for using his/her phone

Yes I am. I think almost everyone of us is.
We right now check our phone > 3 hours a day which takes a large percent of our daily lives. We go to meetings without talking and pulling our phones out of pocket like guns and keep sticking with the screens.
I want to change the habbit but its already like a routine.

in this social media era, cell phone addiction is understandable, personally, am addicted to cell phone, as a bounty hunter is either am in front of my pc or with my cell smart phone, but i try as much as possible not to loose focus especially when am in a meeting or social gathering, i turn off my cell phone completely, and when am walking on the road too in order not to loose  focus.

I don’t think we’re addicts. We just know how to take advantage of the conveniences and features it offers. I mean, we are at a digital age, right? It is expected that there will be a boom in tech advancements designed to enhance our lives. Nothing wrong with partaking in it, right? Whether it’s smartphones, Playstation, AI, or virtual technology –they’re all here to improve and simplify our lives. Let’s just unapologetically embrace it!

I think I can be considered one. When I was with my friends, I was not chatting, but playing my own mobile phone. Another obvious symptom is that I have to play with my mobile phone before going to bed, otherwise I can’t sleep. As mentioned above, I am a Cell Phone Addict.
