Well, I used to be afraid but not anymore

figure out how many hours per day you have fun and how many hours you are bored, ensure that the hours you have fun is more than you're bored and you'll feel happy and do not be afraid of getting older

Getting old is an evidence (Sorry for that)... but Getting old with sane health and good feelings is our actual choice that we should prepare for it :smile:

With aging and fear of death is convened. That is not important. The important thing is as you approach the end of the road and look back, you can tell yourself that you do not regret anything and not be ashamed of anything.

Everybody gets older. nobody can survive the sign of a person. so be ready for you to punch the time you're so old haha 😂😂 you must be ready to do it
I don't know if this happens to anyone else in the house, sometimes when I evaluate my life as the year runs out and I see the long list of things I ought to have accomplished which I haven't, I get disturbed and start wishing I could remain young and not grow old.

I am not so afraid casue understand that it's inevitably for everybody and also life is changing and it's interesting.
There is really nothing you can accomplish that can aleviate the anxiety of our mortality, but a truly free man never thinks about death, or his decomposing on the way towards it.
FOr me its exactly the opposite. Knowing I can kill myself everyday makes me want to live.

I'm not afraid to get old because i don't think about this subject , everyday i do what i want and always i think about things that make me happy and i don't think about my age .

i'm 30 and feel that it's the hardest time, looking back & looking forward all the time. So many things and habits to let go/forget and so many things still to learn to be responsible. How did you guys fight the 30?
