Let's get one thing clear : No one at Com2Us is selling your account information off the records. There is only very few people who would have access to that, and they would be risking prison doing this, being easily exposed because of the few suspects you'd have to go through if this would get exposed. So forget about this, if you get hacked, it's your own fault that you did not use a unique password for : your hive account, your gmail account, your email account, your facebook account. At the very least.

I am paranoid with people hacking my accounts. I try my best to visit websites that I only trust but It won't keep me from exploring or maximizing my crypto journey. Research and Ask from experienced people before doing something and lastly never give your private keys to anyone.

You need to be afraid of hackers in the same way you need to be afraid of thieves: you never be 100% safe, but with some security measures there are good chances that the bad guy will try to hit an easier target.

As a newbie, I'm definitely afraid of such people. I haven't learn much about protecting my income thus it makes me worry. I hope hackers would stop, although its impossible, sadly.
Generally, everybody afraid about the hackers, as the technology developed so many options are there to secure our property but at the same time hackers uses the same technology to hack the things, so it's quite natural that to afraid to the hackers.

Personally, I can tell you yes. These hackers have stolen lots and lots of money, information and datas that are not supposedly deserve on their posession. I have friend whos account was hacked and his money were all gone in just a matter of minutes. All the hardworks and all the efforts were just turn in to trash. We should be vigilant and not be complacent with our accounts since hackers are just lurking to take their opportunities at any time.

It's important that people are aware of this danger, and remember to be vigilant. One approach that fraudsters use is FOMO with airdrops - sometimes people are so frantic to get one of the limited spots in an airdrop that they fill in everything that the form asks, even if it wants their private key.
Yes, i saw a simular airdrop one month ago, where instead of "put your ETH adress" were written "put your private key" Grin. But the tragedy of the situation is that some people were led, and then they asked people on this forum how they can return their ETH back.
