I do bitcoin, ethereum, bnb and those three are the only ones I have majority of my money. I like to throw in 10 to 50 bucks to some lower level projects as well, if it is in the top 200 then I may consider as much as 50 dollars, but usually when it is silly and like 3435th coin type of very low level then I just throw in the 10-20 bucks I have in the metamask, and just hope that it will do well.

But that is like just 10-15% of my whole investment. Rest goes to just the three big names and I believe that they will not go down too much. This is how I hope that I will get better because I know that even though they are volatile, they will be great investments in the long term.
That is something people have been doing for a long time. The difference is that the common thing was when the prices go up, everyone makes a lot of money and during those periods people end up with making so much money that they throw away some of that money by investing into smaller stuff.

Of course that is not a common thing when you look at how frequently that happens, but it is a common thing that nearly everyone does it each time it happens. So, when you see prices do a 10x in a hyped period (like 2021) then you will see people invest 10-50-100 into silly idiotic stuff and make money from that. This of course is not that rare but also very risky.

So far, only several times. Very few during the market condition, moreover the market still keeps dropping, so I think that I need like bit more dips in the bearish era, because I am not a big investor, only have limited money, so I think that I will wait for the lower price again sometimes.   Grin
We know that sometimes we are going to buy the coins and feel than the position has been suitable, but surprisingly, sometimes, we cannot buy the coins at the dip because we don't know exactly the dip, probably the price will be ongoing dropped.
That is why we must be more careful because we still don't know if the market with stuck or continue dropping
Keep watching the market progress and still holding up all my assets.

A lot depends how useful is the project and what tools it offer. Now a lot of new projects appear but it is very important to evaluate the potential of the coin such as https://twitter.com/CorsacV2/status/1526405278094266368 which allows to get 9% BUSD 💰 rewards with utilities!

During the fall of the market the demand in stablecoins continue to increase.
But it is necessary to be very carefully with the stablecoins because they are not stable now.

Fall of the market is not the reason to stop the development of the project.
But during the fall of the market many projects do not have enough funds to continue development and to realize all planned ideas.

The market is really on the Dip side to buy Bitcoin and other alt-coin like ETH, ADA, Polygon (Matic), Shiba Inu, FTM and many others coins, as you do your research. Base on that, it is a great opportunity to feed up your bag, for a long term holding, which many people predicted bitcoin to hits $100k, in the near future the sky is your limit for a return investment and the best time to invest is now.

Yes of course I am buying in this dip. And do average out my holding coins like BTC, ETH, Ada, dot and also add some new fundamental strong coins in my holding. Also reserve my some stable coins to get some more dip entries.

We never know where the lowest dip point is at that time, but if people ask if we buy the dip, of course as a trader with consideration and analysis, they will always say buy it at the dip.

Always, because that's the opportunities to earn from this investment, if the timing is right and you bought during the dip you'll going to earn decent to huge amount of money, that's no secret at all.

But seeing the current market conditions are not good enough, even though we are technical experts if the market is less stable like this, our predictions will be less accurate.

nothing is accurate, more on expectations, and if you are right even the market is down the chance still possible to make a profit.

I prefer to just monitor the price of btc for a while until the market price is positive to get back into buying coins.

Better to analyze before doing anything, it will give much better overview of the market.

The bear market has just started and it is likely that we will find a dip below the dip. I'm still waiting for the movement for the next few months. This winter obviously will sound a little excited, but we have to keep each event in mind. I'm not skeptical, it's just that after we went through ATH, it made us learn a lot of things.
Resistance is still strong to keep the market at $25k but there is no guarantee that the market will last in the next few weeks or the possibility that the market can recover too, I may still be confused by the current market conditions because the market has hope for a recovery because there is so much positive support from the news about crypto.

after ATH is reached, then we will see the dump. it's always been that way in the crypto market. we just need to prepare to follow the direction of the market movement. Long term planning seems like we can start. buying some now isn't bad. we have seen very high prices, it is unlikely that the market will continue to be stable. the possibility of going down can indeed happen, which is why we must prepare everything from now on. because we're not going to look at the cheapest prices. maybe we'll miss it.

If only i have spare money to buy the dip during these times, then it would be all worth it in the next bull run but its sad i am out of juice now. All i have are my precious holdings that i believed that will change my life forever in next years to come. So, if you have spare money, this is the perfect opportunities to buy the dip during bear market

Am buying as little as i can anytime i have a spear cash, there is no doubt this is the best time to load up on all the top project in the market. The market has given new investors an opportunity to enter the market with good price, lots of good project are very cheap, can't believe Sol, Near, EGLD, AAVE are very cheap compare to what they where trading at few weeks back.
Perhaps, many people have been happy upon having this bear condition. But it is important to choose the right coins to invest in as well. I don't just look at the price and may focus on the cheapest one, but what I did is consider those coins that we can assure its recovery. Putting our money into new projects and shitcoins, we are likely taking more risk, instead of acquiring profit assurance.

BTC, ETH, and some of the top 10 altcoins are good options to invest in.

That said, I'm curious to know if you're buying the dip? If so, I'd like to know which cryptocurrencies do you think are worth the investment for the long term and why? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
If you look at LUNA's position, and the history behind the coins in the current ranking of CMC, only the top 3 in CMC actually survive, they are so strong that even in a few years they can't be replaced by anyone. I took that into Bitcoin, ethereum, and BNB. I'm sure at least two of them have already proven that they're worth it in the long run. As for BNB itself it just flew a few months ago, but I'm sure it's a good fit for the long term too.

I also agree that bottom purchases will be a great opportunity. I have been following the stock market for a long time and I can understand what you are saying. But I think this is not true for every coin. Despite the rises of bitcoin, there are many coins that have difficulty in moving upwards. Luna seems a bit of a dangerous investment to me. I have no hope of getting it back to normal.

They only lost confidence on luna but not on the other cryptos that they are holding. I know other cryptos are also dumping but now this wasn't related or caused by luna. Before the luna collapsed, the market are already on this phase. 100k for btc is one of the wishes by the many but if they have priority I think that is when the price starts to stabilize and break the 50k barrier.

100k can only come soon when the situation became a little better. It's normal that they can predict higher prices for btc but they can't expect the same thing for altcoins. I know alts can follow btc but still, btc is still more superior compared to all of them. Tbh im not buying but I am just earning sats online and for me the cryptos that are worth it for long term is only btc.

Remember also that crypto is dumping because stock markets are dumping. Bigger fears from inflation, Asian stocks slipping and now European stocks are following today big dump,,, all of this always leads to more selling for crypto, so Luna news is not alone.

Even if people get over it we have months if not years of global fears so we have to prepare for worse scenarios this year.

I'm sure many investors will allocate the smallest to buy Luna because they don't want to lose the moment if Luna gets something magical to return at least $10 or as low as $1 then it will add to the list of the richest people, but if otherwise then you must be prepared to lose funds from Luna investment.

Well, that's a huge risk most investors aren't willing to take. LUNA is extremely volatile right now, thanks to the uncertainty surrounding the project. Investing in LUNA is more of a gamble, in my own opinion. I'd buy other "blue chip" coins with a solid record of development and innovation. You'd just have to do your own research in order to determine which coin is suitable for you as a long-term investment.

Crypto is in bearish mode right now, making it the perfect opportunity to grow your stack of coins to sell them up in the future. As long as you don't invest more than what you can't afford to lose, you'll have nothing to worry about. Just my opinion Smiley

Major cryptocurrencies have been on a downfall this past week, as investors lost confidence on Terra (LUNA). Bitcoin, as well as, Ethereum, Cardano, and several other "blue chip" coins are being traded at a discount these days. This could be a huge buying opportunity before prices bounce back to their original levels. If Bitcoin is predicted to reach $100k, then imagine how altcoins will rise in price. Buying the dip might be the best thing you could do right now. If you're into crypto for the long haul, you'll know what I'm talking about.

That said, I'm curious to know if you're buying the dip? If so, I'd like to know which cryptocurrencies do you think are worth the investment for the long term and why?

I am disappointed that my assets have decreased by more than 30% during last week's bearish, but I took advantage of the recovery stage to quickly return assets, so I have prepared a lot of USDT to buy dips during the next decline, I am very eagerly waiting for a bear market that will come because of me we have been waiting a long time since the last ATH.
Almost everyone is experiencing severe disappointment for now, the market is in a fairly severe correction condition, the right step you take is to take advantage of a lot of USDT and wait for a potential decline in the price of coins to buy, because the current correction will likely recover at a certain time and could be this happened beyond our expectations, with USDT setup we can make purchases at any time when prices return to normal
