personally, when the dip occurs, I convert 50% of the assets I own into BNB. probably a lot of other people are targeting BItcoin, or ethereum, and that's not wrong, in fact it's a pretty much recommended option when the dump happens. however, I also bought some LUNA coins, but not many. It's like an investment where when it's not worth it, it doesn't affect my life.
however, for a dump type like a few days ago, popular coin options are the best. however, I think that it's an opportunity to make more of my BNB assets.
I'm sure many investors will allocate the smallest to buy Luna because they don't want to lose the moment if Luna gets something magical to return at least $10 or as low as $1 then it will add to the list of the richest people, but if otherwise then you must be prepared to lose funds from Luna investment.

I don't recommend but I buy BNB, sol and avax when the market is down at the moment, there's no reason just to see they can reach a new ATH that's my observation
The market was down few weeks ago, the best thing to do is to bagged enough coins when there is a serious dip. These top coins fall in their price, like the Luna coin, which dip from $114 to $1, and it continue dipping below $1. Those that bought it and where hodlers of the coin when it was $114, will be in a big loss. I even enter the coin and bagged just $20 worth of the coin, Luna is considered a dump coin currently. But anytime it hits it's ATH price, it will generate a lot of millionaires.

That said, I'm curious to know if you're buying the dip? If so, I'd like to know which cryptocurrencies do you think are worth the investment for the long term and why? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley

Absolutely, right now the best thing to do in the crypto market is buying the dip even though I don't know the bottom price but I keep buying it with the DCA strategy. Well the most coin I buy is BNB and Bitcoin why? the most common reason is that two coins are one of my favorite because Bitcoin is like the mother of other coins meanwhile BNB has a lot of utilities. I'm looking for other coins tho that have a great utility with a great community.

Major cryptocurrencies have been on a downfall this past week, as investors lost confidence on Terra (LUNA). Bitcoin, as well as, Ethereum, Cardano, and several other "blue chip" coins are being traded at a discount these days. This could be a huge buying opportunity before prices bounce back to their original levels. If Bitcoin is predicted to reach $100k, then imagine how altcoins will rise in price. Buying the dip might be the best thing you could do right now. If you're into crypto for the long haul, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I would say again that for the first time since I came into cryptocurrency trading/Investment, I am less worried about the current market dips or bear market if I may say we are cos I have witnessed every other Bear market or dips since 2017 ATh and knows that once you are invested in the right coins, you are good. So, still have my investment in HODL and would buy more if there are extra funds during this dip particularly BNB, and ETH for Alts.

I recommend Monero, it's the only privacy that matters, rest of the privacy coins are vaporware or have serious flaws that can compromise your anonymity and privacy. i keep filling up my bags with xmr with every dip. Pulled the trigger last week when it went down to 0.004btc, and i'm already in profit since it'll probably touch 0.006 this very same week, i'll probably sell some if it touches .007 and add the rest to the long-term bag.

If only Monero had the same mainstream attention as other coins, it would've been a great long-term investment. I guess being a privacy coin itself does come with its downsides. Without much support across mainstream exchanges, how would Monero reach a new All-time-high all by itself? At least, the Blockchain is alive and healthy after all these years. As long as remains useful, it'll last a lifetime. Who knows if people turn their attention to Monero after government surveillance worsens over time? Just my thoughts Grin

When market turn to red, we should keep hold our coins and wait. I never doing cut loss , because If we cut loss on your top coins, you will lose a lot.
During market  is red, we can buy more other coins.

I haven’t invested yet.  Besides “buy the dip” I am asking what am I investing in?  It seems like a good time to buy, but it’s performed worse than the market and follows the market.  Isn’t part of the idea is it’s an alternative market?

I admit that the current market market conditions are probably worthy to buy some quality altcoins although the current state of market is quite nostalgic which doesn't indicate positive momentum so it might take few months to enter in bullish trend nevertheless I would consider to buy some good quality altcoins like BNB, Ethereum, Cardano and XLM on the basis of current market situation because it's my estimate that these altcoins are much capable to give profitable opportunities in good market conditions

yes i always do that. but i only buy bitcoins. like yesterday when bitcoin touched 25,000, i bought a lot. and now I've got a pretty big profit. but I have never tried buying dip for altcoins because it is very risky. I don't know where the lower low is for the altcoins because when I thought it was bottoming but in reality the price dropped even lower. That's why I only focus on bitcoin.

I know you understand about coins like ethereum and coin bnb. You ask what coin is worth investing in in the long term, the answer is ethreum coin and bnb coin, these two coins have potential and are very good for long-term storage.

this hands down could be the best chance you can get in case of bagging your investment portfolio, so many discounted great altcoins at really low value.
unfortunately though only very few gonna bag and the rest just gonna succumb into the trend of panic selling like usually.
had I have any asset that i could convert into cryptocurrencies I definitely would but guess what, my portfolio already down so bad as well.

Definitely!  It is a wise move to buy when the market is on sale.  As for the long term Investment, I think Cardano, UTK, and Matic are one of the better choices because they can easily give us more profit when the market becomes bullish.  I also have Terra Luna on my list that can possibly give the highest return in the long run but it is very risky in its current state so better think hard if you wanted to invest in it.

I am disappointed that my assets have decreased by more than 30% during last week's bearish, but I took advantage of the recovery stage to quickly return assets, so I have prepared a lot of USDT to buy dips during the next decline, I am very eagerly waiting for a bear market that will come because of me we have been waiting a long time since the last ATH.

You shouldn't feel disappointed about the bear market,  you just have to be patient to wait when the market add value in price, the market won't be dip forever.  The cryptocurrency market goes up and down without no getting information about, when it is time for the bull market you will get back your profits.
when price skyrocketing we hope price decline and when it happen why we should scare about this crash, it should be good opportunity for us to take best price in every coins. just wait till price start bull market and we get good return.

Of course I understand very well what you mean.
However, this is not the right dip yet in my opinion.
I will definitely be looking for those altcoins that will lose the most on capitalization. I am following several metaverse related projects. I am also looking at projects that are coming to the market now because their prices just cant drop Smiley . One of them is www.pussdao.com.

This question has been asked several times every time the market is crashed or dumped.
Are you buying at dip?
Actually, do you know when the market is actually at a dip? no.
Because we don't know exactly whether the market will be at the dip and not continue crashing or not. But at least, if we know the support, we may consider for buying but not all in, only several percent because we don't know after touching the support, the price will be rising up or will continue decreasing to touch the lower support again. This is the money management where we can divide and also buy the coins not at once.
