I think there is not a good bounty available at this time due to which most of the time those professional managers are offline. Moreover, most of the new projects at this time are dangerous because the number of scam projects is high due to which they consider it dangerous to manage the bounty. Also, it's not 2017 and that year was the best year for the crypto revolution, so all the bounties would have made a lot of money. At that time the amount of scam project was less so any manager could manage the bounty then.
That's pretty much correct especially with how many scam projects going on right now. Some of the bounty managers are saying that they are not interested to manage bounty campaigns that pays with their tokens anymore because the chance of them to just run away or even the tokens worth nothing is ridiculously high and I support that. Some of the bounty managers would like to manage a new altcoin campaign but with USDT reward instead for guaranteed reward and I have seen some of them and it just works.

i think ICO era was best But after bull run of 2017, scammers, cheaters polluted the crypto industry so badly with scam and by bringing shitcoins too much. Manay manager left for red trust when they weren't responsible for scam projects. Many manager took hunters rewards and vanished. Many old professional manager don't bring project anymore, they aren't getting projects or tired by this occupation. And some old managers keep bringing shit project what makes me tired of working for bounty. Whatever managers doesn't mattter, its all About quality. As bull are awaiting ahead, so hope good bounties will be coming.
The ICO era have been ended and many scam project make old bounty professional bounty manager retired handle bounty campaign, they won't losses opportunity with their participants receiving scam project and not received payment reward make some of old bounty manager not focus to handle bounty campaign.
Right now difficult to get bounty ICO project or bounty campaign guarantee with payment and worth when coins listing on the market, I think old campaign bounty manager has their own reason retired awhile for promoting bounties campaign until recovery and has a lot of trusted campaign in the future.

Some bounty hunters may have retired because they are busy, or they have families now, but from several bounty managers I have known for a long time, I don't see Sylon and Deadley anymore at the moment, I followed some of their campaigns several years ago.
With this forum having been so long, it is certain that many changes have occurred, not only in the bounty hunters but also in the bounty managers and the forum.I still remember the old Bounty Manager; there are Jamal, Sergey, etc. who have forgotten because they never interact again. This usually happens because we don't know every individual from every bounty hunter or bounty manager. Some people may be bored or busy, so they no longer have the opportunity to make time for themselves, even for a moment. But that doesn't stop new participants coming in as replacements for both bounty hunters and bounty managers; it's all natural law where some people go and some come.

So this forum is replaced as the main source to get more community the crypto is moving towards social media like Twitter to gain more popularity from that there will be less and less airdrop and bounty from the crypto project that listed in here.

This is just my opinion.
I think so, most common project in the bounty seem like fail to get more attention in this forum

I know right most of them don't even know about this forum, in 2015 this forum became the main source of new cryptocurrencies Dogecoin Litecoin DashCoin, and even the famous Ethereum born here.
Project in bounty section is sometimes is exploding and sometimes aren't.

and today there is also one or two tokens listed in the Token Section but I don't think that is enough because big projects layer 1 and layer 2, are using another method than posting on this forum.

We don't really know the true reason why most Bounty managers back then are no longer managing bounties now. But for me, the most likely main reason is the decline in participation of investors in ICOs, token sale nowadays, unlike during the 2017 bull run when they were actively investing. So, because of this reason, there are now fewer projects offering bounties.
After several years looking for good bounty. I think the era is now ended, there are not much good bounty nowday

There are many bounty managers it is usually their business if they leave one and many more sites they will join they have nothing to feel. Earlier bounties were good with managers but now bounties are a scam no one pays properly. Coins have no value in the market maybe their targets are not being met that's why the previous bounty managers are no longer working on the project.

Buzz App - Spin wheel, farm rewards
Personally they are here but they don't bring bounty now. What do you think could be the main reason for this? There were many higher rank managers who gifted us bounties for good projects in the past but now they are retired. What have they removed from the bounty due to the bad situation in the crypto market?

Professional managers are more selective in choosing bounties, because currently there are many devs who are irresponsible with payments, and it is the managers who are criticized by the participants.
Besides, now there is also an airdrop platform, but it's like a bounty that requires them to do daily and weekly tasks

They are many professional bounty campaign Managers in bitcointalk forum, and most of the bounty campaign went successful and being paid out. But the current market price situation really affect most projects and even
get  dumped after pre-sale. That's reason why some bounty manager refuse to lunch new bounty project accept rewards will be on stablecoin as a means of payment for bounty manager and bounty hunter's for these short period of time of Bear market.

This is just my opinion, but some may have set their goals when they became managers, perhaps the gift tokens they received as payment were more than enough for their targets so they changed professions, perhaps developing a real business in real life.

Most bounty campaigns are no longer what they used to be. Most bounty campaigns are now turning into scams. Some fake teams create fake websites to be run by a good manager. In the past, every bounty campaign might have been paid out so that every participant would get a good payout. Now Bounty Campaigns don't get paid like before which is why previously trusted managers don't manage Bounty Campaigns anymore but they now come up with Bitcoin Campaigns and pay Bitcoins weekly.

It seems so, due to pressure from declining investment performance and market uncertainty. So, I think it is natural that the old professional bounty managers have not responded, one of the reasons being seeing bad market conditions, which will have a negative impact which ultimately reduces prize giving for participants.

There are not so many good projects lately and when there is a scam project, bounty manager are always being accused that they're part of that project. It will make bounty manager's reputation become bad and I heard that a lot of bounty managers didn't get paid after they posted bounty threads in this forum. Right now not many altcoins are interested in giving campaigns anymore since it will dump their price when they enter the market.

In conclusion why many bounty managers retired
1. Didn't get paid
2. Bots
3. low project interest in giving campaign
4. Already rich  Wink Tongue

I just vacuum from the industry and back in 2020 and I really don't know how is the old bounty manager brought so many projects back then? I'm just curious about it.

To be honest, this forum is not the same as a long time ago back in 2014-2016, almost all coin has posted at least their idea here to try to build more and more community and now there are only one or two projects that are listed on here. So this forum is replaced as the main source to get more community the crypto is moving towards social media like Twitter to gain more popularity from that there will be less and less airdrop and bounty from the crypto project that listed in here.

Wait till we experience a new ATH and watch how much bounty will suffice. Unfortunately you’ll see both the good and bad (scam) projects because at ATH, that’s when the money is most flowing. Also, that’s when people like launching projects because they believe their token are more likely to shoot up than in a bear market (which is true). As for the bounty managers, I’m not sure which of them you’re missing.

And sometime manager with newbie rank also bring good bounties. So you should rather check project quality, not just checking old manager and their rank.

Other people are too suspicious of new managers because with nothing to prove that they are actually responsible, responsive and reliable then the trust goes down

Even the most good looking projects end up to be scams or having managers that do not really go through what they have promised so most people would argue that checking managers with a good track record would your best bet to a profit

Op, crypto industry has some changes after your release this thread. I mean market was in bad condition while you posted such stories and those are true also but now it seems bull session trying to taking control over crypto industry again and altcoins raised up a lot in last two or three months as a result. So investors will come from worldwide and new projects will also start launching soon. So in my option, managers will bring good bounty for us. And sometime manager with newbie rank also bring good bounties. So you should rather check project quality, not just checking old manager and their rank.
