Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
Personally they are here but they don't bring bounty now. What do you think could be the main reason for this? There were many higher rank managers who gifted us bounties for good projects in the past but now they are retired. What have they removed from the bounty due to the bad situation in the crypto market?

I think there is no more money in bounties.
Too much people gone to other places where they are getting triple money instead in bounty. I am telling you regarding the trading or focused on staking where they get rewards more than bounty and this so easy work.

Actually bounty work is so much hard specially checking the hunter work. A man is too much engaged with this work and now a day's every person want little work nut want too much money.

As far as I can see, there were many bounty managers before their names were popular, but now they are not as active because I don't know if their era is over, so the bounty managers who are popular now are @Hhampuz, @Royse777, @icopress, @LM, @yahoo, and @juler12, but there are actually many bounty managers before whose names are really known here on the forum platform.

That's why it seems that the other managers—I have read that there was an issue, and because of that issue, his career fell as a BM—so no one is managing new projects with them.

Not only old professional bounty manager's but also others bounty managers haven't posted good bounties for your while.
If there's no good bounty then How could they bring those to us? But i saw Legendary professional managers managing lots of signature projects with USDT, BTC payment in service section. Those required minimum senior members rank as well as merits. Well this is 2024 and many expect that bull will come in this years. So there's chance to get Many good bounties sooner
If the bull comes in 2024 then there will be really good bounties but the start of this year surprised me because now almost all bounties are meme coin. But I think all the old professional managers should be active at this time because they always gave us the best bounty and hunters earned a lot of money.

Those were golden days of Altcoin wherein could have easily become rich just by joining in bounty campaign but post first quarter of 2018 everything got changed and scan projects started popping up and this damaging the reputation of reputed bounty managers and left them to take abuses from the users and red trust from DT members. Devs were not even paying the bounty manager and they had enough of it and decided to stop brining the bounties and either they became an active participants as Bitcoin paid signature campaign and some have silently moved away.

Everything is correctly said about bounty managers.
I personally remember those glorious times and I remember how it all ended when the crypto winter came. Of course, there were a lot of bad companies, but it was possible to filter them out, then the bounty and ICO disappeared altogether for a long period of time. These are just different times and everyone is aiming for retro drops, in the future they will come up with something else.

BM always tries its best for bounty participants who really want to maintain BM's good name. The large number of unclear projects means that participants are not interested in joining, which is something that often happens. If there is a bounty project with a clear payment such as USDT, BUSD but the participant's limits are due to adjust the prize so that it is equal to the prize at the end of the bounty duration. maybe there will be a great project ahead of bull season. Several projects such as the TON ecosystem are currently of interest to participants

Some trusted bm would rather not have a project for a long time than promote untrusted projects to keep their good reputation. Especially from the alts side, most of the projects are cabbage, shitcoins who are looking for an opportunity to screw both the bm and the hunters over.
The market situation can also be a reason why some of them are no longer as active as before, others may have retired or pursued another line of interest.
Just like hunters, some bm also want another endeavor and the bm job gives an opportunity to generate funds to pursue their goal.

The lack of quality project and lots of new bounty managers make it hard for the old BM to get quality projects and make a profit from them. The competition is intense, but the quality project is not interested to conducting a campaign in the forum any more. These days we are seeing only gambling, mixer and projects related to bitcoin services offering campaigns in the forum. Things can change in the upcoming bull season and some profitable alt project can conduct their campaign in here but the number of participants also increases so not sure how profitable those campaigns will be.

Bounty era ended in 2018 i think, when ICO was too popular in the forum and so many new projects launched at least in every week and those was mostly big succeed and investors also get good profits, now scenario is different no more ICO project and it’s dead. So no way to manage good bounties by higher rank managers, mostly are decided to left, and now a few managers trying manage some bounties but those aren’t enough another thing now most of the bounties is going scam end of the day.

More than Half of old professional bounty managers with having higher rank, no longer bringing bounties for us. That could be happened due to they didn't find good bounties or even any kind of bounties to deal with or Maybe Authority wants to launch their project just before or during entry of bull trend
maybe some or many of them are tired of scam project to manage and ending them being blamed or hunt by those victims (bounty hunters)
yeah, agreed with you mate. Your points are also logical enough and there is so much possiblity for those reason to be happened with bounty managers. Most of bounty project were trying to scam investors in past and bounty manager was blamed for that and got red trust. Thats why those managers stopped receiving projects for trust issue and become deactivate in this forums. But some high rank managers always want to bring quality bounty thats why such kind of manager bring less bounties. Otherwise newbie managers bring lots of bounties and most of those are shit. Well i hope good bounties will come soon as bull is coming

As there are not that much good possiblities with bounty campaigna anymore, I think apart from doing bounties there is also earning opportunities by becoming an ambassador for crypto projects if you are a good content creator on youtube or X, know multiple languages or in general have a good network you're able to market to.

I don't recall it was easy to become rich by joining bounty campaigns before. Yes, you can have a better chances to earn from those ICO tokens when it was all at its peak, but wasn't really enough to make someone rich. However, bounty hunters were also quite abusive enrolling several alts at the same time with the same bounty campaign and then spamming shitposts all over the forum to meet the required number of weekly posts.
Then the scam projects arrived and become rampant spreading like a wild fire, scamming investors and even bounty hunters were not getting paid for the work they have done.

I also heard the story that in the past, if I had just participated in a Twitter campaign with the task of just liking sharing, the results would have been amazing. Now it is very difficult to get a prize campaign with maximum results, plus there are a large number of participants in each campaign. If the allocation is small, it is very impossible for us to participate anymore.

I don't think that's the real problem. The problem is, in fact, they don't really care because there is a lack of funds allocated for campaigning by project leaders and one more thing, many don't have strong partners, let alone those that will be launched have already been listed. I think that was the first attraction and that was also able to attract many participants when the camp started.
In the past they were very strong, and I think they have diversified their income so they don't really care about the current situation and conditions. Just imagine if in the past bounty hunters were quite rich. what about bounty managers, of course they are already very rich, and they can retire as they wish, and current inactivity, maybe they prefer to be investors in crypto, and have some other real business

Accepting the fact that the current bounty on the forum is of poor quality is the reason why both managers and hunters cannot carry out many programs. However, nowadays there are many changes in the way projects are promoted, causing new platforms to receive more attention, and if you are really looking for opportunities from marketing campaigns, then zealy, galxe,. .. I see there are many for you to choose from.
The main problem is still adapting to that change, and I also think that the new bull cycle will bring many new projects. Until then, we can also expect many quality bounty campaigns from the excellent management of the forum.

The better days of earning through ICO campaigns are over and fewer people investing in new projects. It's just what they say everything has its end.

There are no good projects these days and if there are, they are not in bitcointalk to promote the project. They usually are here but now they are hiring social media marketers for the promotion. It's a sign that the adoption in the mass is already up though.

There are many reasons for this, maybe some of them are bad market conditions, projects that are of poor quality, maybe they are also tired of pressure from the community for payment from projects, and many more.
In fact, there are still quite a lot of good bounty managers today, but they don't offer many bounties because perhaps the quality of the projects offering bounties does not meet their requirements.

I did not join the bounties but I think there can be some reasons for the retirement of the well experienced bounty mangers.
First I think the project pick up new bounty managers which don't ask much price to manage a bounty. They just accept the offer from company and manage.
Secondly we can say that the old manager ask for Bitcoin and ask to give reward to the users in Bitcoin. And company do not accept that condition.
Third reason. Now you can see we have many scammers in our crypto world so bounty managers do not find any real projects so they do not compromise on their reputation.

I think these reasons can matter. Therefore the old bounty managers do not manage the bounties now.

Bearish market can be a good reason to explain why it's happening, although that might not be the only reason... As we know, bounty campaigns are an old business, which already had its peak of hype previously. Since this is a volatile industry in constant changes and updates, the businesses models here are also constantly evolving. Trends don't repeat themselves, and I fear bounty won't have the same strength it had years ago.

It's possible new opportunities become available in crypto market soon, once the market turns to green in high intensity once again. So you have to be patient and watchful to not waste the news the market may bring to us in the upcoming years. If you don't adapt yourself to the environment, locking yourself to old concepts, it can be that you have a hard time making profit through cryptocurrencies. So, be versatile and open minded about what the future may bring to us.
