The strongest reason may be that the market is bad, because developers are reluctant to come up with ideas for creating new projects when the market situation is sluggish. The reason is simple because there is no support from the market and investors, so it becomes a challenge in itself if you are forced to launch a new project. The bounty managers we know always offer good projects, now maybe they are on vacation. because nowadays it is very difficult to find good projects and ones that actually make payments

Personally they are here but they don't bring bounty now. What do you think could be the main reason for this? There were many higher rank managers who gifted us bounties for good projects in the past but now they are retired. What have they removed from the bounty due to the bad situation in the crypto market?
Honestly after Bitcoin reached ATM in 2017 thereafter a lot of projects were launched consequently many tokens were launched which were well managed by those experienced bounty manager so many project thrived and were very successful, thereafter when crypto market entered bearish sentiment many new projects were not successful again some later became scam because many bounty hunters were not paid for their efforts all these must have discouraged those experience bounty managers to stay off or temporary quit the stage, however possibly if the market returns to it bullish sentiment during next Bitcoin having a lot of new projects to be managed by mangers would spring out.

Aside from tons of scam happened on bounty business. The existence of launchpad makes the bounty manager job harder since startups project can gain an easy liquidity directly from investors that using the launchpad. Most of the trusted startups preferred launchpad over bounty campaigns since it’s a sure money coming from investors that want to enter early on the project.

Only few project that still use the traditional way of promotion and most of them are scam project that can’t afford being listed on launchpad.

The crypto space is full of scam projects, which is why all those managers decided to go on a break. Whenever they see a good project, I am sure they will accept their offer to market it for them. When managers keep on managing campaigns for scam projects, it is also spoiling the reputation of managers on the forum here, so it’s better they stop marketing projects that will affect them and the forum members because they will end up losing money in it after investing. We are in a bear market, and good projects know’s that this is not really the perfect time to launch their coin, but scammers are always ready to scam people, so they can just create a coin at any moment, they can decide to market it, and go away with people's money.

We have to be smart in choosing whose projects we are working on. if it's strange and we never follow it, it's just a waste of time. Yes, currently like you said like bounty manager Irfan, Bounty Detective is still quite active at the moment and that's true.

It's very rare for projects to be born these days and there are also a lot of participants with mediocre allocations. So. If I look at the condition, it looks like I took the decision to wait and take a short break.

You need to understand that we are in the bear market and many new crypto projects are waiting for the bull market to commence before they will launch there projects. This is a tactics new projects can use in the market to outshines old projects so that they can be at the top because investors will be more interested in putting there funds in new projects with the hope of doubling or tripping the profits at a fast pace. Just have to cool down and wait for when the bull market will commence before you will starting seeing plenty of bounty projects advertising the community and tokens.

maybe some or many of them are tired of scam project to manage and ending them being blamed or hunt by those victims (bounty hunters)

Correct. There are also long-term effects of a bear run, but in my opinion there is always a risk and this is the most frequent occurrence this year, there are very frequent payment failures and delays in payment from the prize management team or manager, but that is not all purely the fault of the managers, as well as us and the bounty. There is also a lack of discernment in choosing projects to participate in, especially as I can sometimes do that too. Grin Grin Grin.

I believe they are still here using their other account to manage bounties  Grin kidding aside ,
there was this Old popular  bounty manager in the past that now being tagged for not paying the LOAN FUNDS.
this adds flavor to what are they now , from being so trusted now desperately borrowing to not pay? now I know
why they are not handling bounties using their old accounts.
More than Half of old professional bounty managers with having higher rank, no longer bringing bounties for us. That could be happened due to they didn't find good bounties or even any kind of bounties to deal with because of long effect of bear run. Even write now you will find many bounties available in bounty sector but good projects asa less. Maybe Authority wants to launch their project just before or during entry of bull trend

There are so many scam developers. They're tired from managing the bounty campaign, but Yahoo handle it if the developers are trustworthy. Some bounty managers like irfan, bounty detective are still quite active at this moment.

Yes indeed. There are several old bounty managers who are currently no longer very active, some have even completely left bounty management. However, sometimes they also carry out bounty management again.
I'm sure they have their own reasons.
As we know, the bounty's prospects have not been very good since the end of the last bull run. Even though there are some bounties that really pay and are promising, as usual, there are also many that are still not good.

This could be one of the reasons why they choose not to manage new projects which usually only waste time. Moreover, managing bounties is very troublesome, so it would be better if you managed bounties that were really convincing. Or now many BMs have finally switched to signature management which is paid for in Bitcoin. However, the competition is very tight in this regard.

Another reason is that some of these bounty managers are avoiding future problems.  Since I believe some of them have earned enough to maintain their lives, they don't want to mess up things just for a few dollars.  Way back I believe bounty management payments were huge since most of the bounty managers I know demanded a certain percentage of a coin as payment.  So when the project is successful, these bounty managers would have cashed out a huge sum of money.

We all know the authority is taking notice of the cryptocurrency startups, and has started moving its hands to regulate the crypto space, those who got involved in a scam project during the implementation of the crypto rulings may be apprehended by the authority due to bounty management that lead many to invest on that scam projects.

During the bullrun of 2017 we used to see some high rank forum members like yahoo, sylon and many others bringing good quality bounties. But currently they are no longer managing bounties despite being active on the forum. Many of them are managing BTC paid signature campaigns. I think not bad market condition, their disinterest of bounty is the main reason for not bringing bounty.

There are so many scam developers. They're tired from managing the bounty campaign, but Yahoo handle it if the developers are trustworthy. Some bounty managers like irfan, bounty detective are still quite active at this moment.
BTC paid is much more easy to manage rather than bounty campaign caused by there would be multiple task to be involved in the bounty campaign. That's the reason why some managers were even retiring from managing the bounty campaign.
I remember there was also bubballex which is only focusing in managing his own publication site right now.

It is not really the fault of bounty managers but rather the past has shown us how ICO projects or other crypto projects can easily become scams and the bounty managers do not want to touch those projects, as they will have to take part in the blame from the Bitcointalk community. They will get red trust and will not be able to offer bounty manager services anymore.

Personally, I have found that the bounty projects are very often never worth it. You do a lot of work and in the end, the project fails or does not pay its members. Or sometimes the tokens you have been given are only worth a few dollars in the end.

The Project CEOs themselves should offer bounty rewards instead of bounty managers. That way, if something goes wrong, no third party is blamed for their failings.

I have managed bounties in the past and bounty managers were paid weekly in crypto most preferably BTC or ETH and there used to be genuine projects which used to be listed and participants used to receive the tokens on time but now even bounty managers don't get payment in crypto as the project owners want to pay them in their own tokens and a project rarely hits market else it does in the low volume exchange, hence the bounty managers who used to run campaigns in the past have stopped accepting bounty campaigns.

Most likely yes. There's not much reward compared on bounty campaigns before. Aside from there's not much reward or worthy payment from the bounty campaigns is there is significant increase on abusers. I know this because I myself managed some bounty campaigns before and the reason that I stop managing bounty campaigns is I think it's not worth it checking all of the participants that are literally multi accounting and participants sometimes go beyond 500+ which is tiring to check given that you will check social media posts one by one and the payment isn't really that high compared to the effort given.

That the bounty hunting is an old business and likely may die slowly as time goes by. The only reason is that it doesn't attract any users unlike before. Well, let's just be thankful that we experience it first-hand and it's just a history now that we can share. I don't think it's the market that affects it, as I've said it's a dying industry.

Some of them are managing the Bitcoin paid signature campaign, and some are not around anymore. Most of them don't want to launch any altcoin projects due to the increasing number of scam projects. Most of them are still active and contributing to the community.

They were actually not affected by the bad situation in the crypto market. The reason why they lie low with bounties is that companies or projects are not worth it anymore for months of work as majority of 'em were scammas and or not paying good enough for the job well done. I am once a bounty hunter but has receive only few successful campaigns with great return. Ton of shitload coins/tokens were stuck on my wallet and yeah there is no signs of hope for them.

Considering how more risky it is to promote a project that has no escrowed funds, I would understand that many managers would consider not bringing bounties anymore in their next campaign to manage. It's not just the bad situation in the crypto market. It's just....risky at all.

BTC-paying campaigns are heaven sent just like TheUltraElite mentioned below you.  It's true that some companies are just pain to work with when they just don't get themselves together in paying their promoters.

Although there are professional bounty managers in this forum, they do not bring any kind of bounty project because almost all the bounty teams of today cheat. As far as I know all previous bounty managers were more reliable than sob and they used to pay bounty hunters on time. And now because of the bad situation and for the reputation of the managers, they no longer manage the bounty project.
