During the bullrun of 2017 we used to see some high rank forum members like yahoo, sylon and many others bringing good quality bounties. But currently they are no longer managing bounties despite being active on the forum. Many of them are managing BTC paid signature campaigns. I think not bad market condition, their disinterest of bounty is the main reason for not bringing bounty.

However it is not the job of the manager to "gift" us bounties. Rather the companies give them a hard time with payments and all and thus they might refuse to undertake this responsibility.
Overall, I feel bitcoin paying campaigns are the holy grail and should be the ones everyone should target.
There used to be so many rewards managers running altcoin campaigns. I was also a participant in it. Uncertainty such as whether the project will be successful, what the price will be after the ICO, and the length of the campaign are the reasons why many old managers are no longer around today.
As a participant, I still remember that we had to work for up to 10 weeks just to get rubbish coins.
This means that maybe there are some of them who are now running campaigns with Bitcoin payments. But there are also those who have retired (it seems) like Sylon and btcltcdigger.

Call your grandparents and tell them you love them
But this was very rare, with most developers keeping those coins with the excuse they did not wanted the bounty hunters to dump their coins, but the truth is they decided to keep themselves in control of those coins so they could run away with that money if that is what they wanted.
Hunters are in for a profit this should be understood by the project owners. That they will sell of their coins after listing on exchange is a common thing and the owners can avoid this by paying the hunters in Bitcoin or some other currency if they really wanted to pay and not just make up an excuse to avoid a bounty campaign.

Here many projects try to avoid escrow or avoid the reputable managers because they try to squeeze in as much work in the smallest possible budget. They get what they pay for and thus the emergence of so many shady managers.

It's best to avoid these projects altogether and focus on Bitcoin.

They got tired of scam tokens already and they don't want their reputation ruined for the scam tokens.
The only bounty that is worth joining for right now are the ones paying BTC and stablecoins while promoting their ICO. They are still here though but they make sure the tokens are escrows to protect themselves from teams who will just walk away any moment.

Strange new bounty managers I see are more interested in newbie accounts. I tried joining a review campaign but he only accepts newbies as observed in his spreadsheets.
Things could be different if the model changed, I remember there were some bounties that gave control of the coins to be paid to an escrow or to the campaign managers, and in that case the campaign managers could at least be sure they will have the coins in hand to pay the participants of the bounty campaign.

But this was very rare, with most developers keeping those coins with the excuse they did not wanted the bounty hunters to dump their coins, but the truth is they decided to keep themselves in control of those coins so they could run away with that money if that is what they wanted.

Personally they are here but they don't bring bounty now. What do you think could be the main reason for this? There were many higher rank managers who gifted us bounties for good projects in the past but now they are retired. What have they removed from the bounty due to the bad situation in the crypto market?
Maybe because there aren't a lot of good altcoin projects coming out these days. A good manager will only take projects to work on that they know have some potential and have something to offer the community and the participants because if a project turns out to be a bad one, it's their reputation that will be ruined as well since they were the one who hired all those participants and made them work for the project and then didn't get what they deserve.

So, the most probable reason for why so many professional and experienced bounty managers stop working as Bounty Managers is simply because there are more useless projects than legit ones and they obviously wouldn't like to take such projects and better stay away from the market for now.

Of course because we have received very good bounties from them in the past that paid hunters. After the end of ico event means since the rate of ico scam project has increased then many professional managers have moved away from bounty. Personally I feel them from the heart and I want them to come back with new bounty.

There are minimal bounty campaign nowadays and since not all of them are paying, famous bounty manager before does not accept most of the projects. And yes, some of them already retired from managing campaigns and do other things instead. Also, projects might hire bounty managers base on recommendation from the people they know, that's why old bounty managers don't have bounty campaigns now.

The current market condition is really bad, most of the projects you will be seeing now are scam or shit projects, some of which might end up not paying the bounty hunters, and once they do, the coin might end up being a rubbish coin. I think that’s one of the reasons why most reputable bounty managers are not accepting most of the new projects entering the market, they believe they will end up scamming the bounty hunters, which is also spoiling their reputation. That’s why they just decided to stop.

When the market is stable, we will be able to see new projects that the managers really think are worth marketing, no manager will want to be managing a scam coin, it’s spoiling their reputation, and it’s bad for the forum as well. Just wait for the bull run, and you will see that all those managers will be active again.

They are still professionals as far as I know. But, it's not up to them how the project will be successful. Managers are just managing a campaign here, a marketing campaign but if no investors will buy it and that will affect how much the bounty hunters will get, then it's not their fault.

During the ICO days, bounties are on the hype. But today, even a kid can make his own project and pretend to be a good one with a feature of a pretend team. Plus, a lot of purchasers now are busy buying meme coins which are almost the same as high-risk offerings. There's no assurance on both types of marketing strategy.

Indeed a lot of professional BMs have stopped working but there is still one person who is active and delivers campaigns that I find to be equally good. It is true that when the market drops, the momentum of new projects also decreases, as well as new projects are increasingly innovative in terms of marketing, so there will be fewer bounty projects, if compared compared to some zealy, galxe,... it's quite similar to previous social programs, but in my opinion maybe when the school gets better again there will be more bounty projects.

The situation in the crypto market isn't really bad. I must say it has matured a lot. In the past, especially during the height of ICOs, the bounty business was huge. Crypto projects can easily earn in their ICOs, many of them even reaching their hard caps. But then it all changed when most of these projects either didn't deliver, were scams, or didn't succeed. ICOs then became a thing of the past. It's no wonder why there's much lesser projects now. Success rate remains low.

As a result, managers must have looked for a greener pasture elsewhere.

Still remember some old bounty managers like Saimon, yahoo, Jamalezaz, bubbalex etc. They used to bring good quality bounties. But currently they are active in forum but not fetching any bounty. Yahoo has brought some bounties in the last session but has not paid any of them to the hunters. I think the current market conditions are keeping them away from Bounty.
Some of them already decided to retired from managing the bounty campaign. I saw that how bubballex was focusing on rebuilding his own platform focusing in the publication of crypto.
Jamalaezaz got many red trust due to some problems related to the bounties managed by him. Yahoo is still active, but he is not willing to run the bounty campaign randomly. He was looking for a quality campaign only.
Glad there have been some bounty managers are still quite active in discovering the new campaign especially irfan.

Bounties just naturally died off. There are probably a few that still exist to date somewhere here in the forum, but it hasn't helped that a lot of bounties of the past were about shitcoins or scam projects. This inevitably died down the hype of users towards the bounty market. I mean if it took you experiencing tens of scam projects before even finding a legit one, and said legit one was actually a shitcoin, then might as well give up and move on no? It had it's chance in the past since a lot of projects were real, sincere and highpaying. Now? A lot of projects just want money.

I think there are reasons for the disappearance of the old professional bounty managers. They may not have found good offers and projects, or they may have lost hope after managing many scam bounties, or they may have changed their activities to other businesses, and perhaps the most famous and trusted managers now have the lion's share of receiving good offers for managing Bounty campaigns and BTC campaigns; also the situation of the bear market and declining currency prices as a whole are an obstacle for project officials in concluding marketing deals in the forum.

The good thing is that there are still professional and active Bounty managers in the Bounties (Altcoins) and service boards, and they have many good campaigns that have escrowed allocations.

The proliferation of the scam projects and that could be one reason of what they're trying to avoid. Can't blame them if they are no longer running bounties because of that.

And that's not really a good time to look after those bounties anymore if they're not interested anymore with those.

Nothing has changed except those bounties long time ago before the 2017 bull run.

The old bounty manager had an ethics before accepting the offer from the project. So almost all the bounty are legit and hunters had earned huge money from it.But now many new people using the newbie or jr account to run a campaign. So if the project scam itself, the account holder only loss newbie account. So it never spoil their reputation. But previously the high rank people alone was hired as managers. Now the project itself create a new account to run the scam campaigns. This had spoiled the trust of the bounty among bounty hunters.

It can be as a result of the bear market we have been going through for a long time. The forum still have good bounty managers  that still use to bring us good bounties but it is not as abundant as before. Lets all hope the bull market returns and we could have abundant bounties in the forum just like the old good days.

Of course there are a lot scam project and not worthy project now, that's one factor of why they retired to become a campaign manager.

But the another reason is depend on each manager, it can be he have a problem in real life, they're become more busy and have no time to handle the project, etc. But old campaign managers mostly stay in signature campaign that paid with Bitcoin since it's more safe.
