This year is indeed not a crypto year. A lot of predictions has surpassed yet still nothing like bull run has happened. Right now, the year is almost ending and bull run has not happen. I doubt if it will happen this year. Next year is the likely year for the bull run to happen.
Bull run is possible to happen and not happen also if everyone still selling their coin. But if most people who are the investor keep their bitcoinand altcoins for sure it will increase the price of the bitcoin again and market will recover. As far as I know bull run will ready the need only push from the investors.

Like last year it's hard we can get high like last year. But already we can see BCH rising due to the news of hardfork. Just some hours ago seen the uptrend in ETH and BTC also. EOS also in the uptrend. Seems like market going to up soon but how much no one knows.
Bitcoin is pretty "stable" for the past month, maybe this is just calm before storm or it is meant to stay that way until the new year. Maybe, even the whole 2019. Nobody can really know for sure. We will need to sit tight and see for ourselves.

But there is no major event that could trigger it as the Van Eck ETF decision is postponed to next year. So I say don‘t hope for it to happen this year. not sure. anyway we can expect a huge bull run in 2019 according to experts in crypto space. from 2017 there was no bull run and BTC is stable at $6000. so thats a sign of a bull run. so now its chance to buy the dips
