Predicting the trend of the market is really not my thing because even so called technical analysts fail at it but it is very likely we are not going to see any bull run. The crypto market is rising gradually so let's hope we see a bull run next year but not this year.
If we observe the behavior so static that the market had over several months, I think that we have finally reached the bull run that many expected, because only in this month the growth of bitcoin has been over 50%. However, I do not think that this bull run can be as intense as the one in 2017, because that was such an unusual year that I doubt that it can be repeated, but I have no doubt that the current momentum of bitcoin could well lead to it to touch the psychological price of $10,000 at some point of the year.
As for me, the bull market only scares us with its arrival. I am sure that this will happen closer in the autumn when everything is more or less restored.
I think the bull run will not happen at this time when the market has not recovered. The bull run can only happen at Christmas in December or in the new year.
Why at Christmas? As a gift for all crypto hodlers? 
I'm sure we don't see a real bull run till projects can show a good mass adoption for their ideas. Or some big enterprise will begin to use blockchain solution with existing crypto in their life and business flows. No earlier. Now it's a sandbox for crypto children

oh i believe there will be more bull runs in this year, because we are at the end of the bear market now, fewer dumps everyday and a lot of pumps recently, we can think crypto market will soon rising back again when we see top altcoins rising slowly days by days.
There will be no "more" bullrun. when the bullrun happens it will certainly happen in a long time and I think the bull run doesn't happen repeatedly in 1 year as you say, if the bull run comes of course it will happen for at least 1 full year, and we will see a market full of colors green, and we haven't seen that yet

I think so, the market looks promising in April and I'm sure this is a sign that the market is soon a bull run, continuing to buy potential altcoins is important to be able to get big profits from bull run.

entering 2019 then i did not have confidence in the crypto market to recovering, but i just guess that the increase would soon happen slowly but so far to be honest i was a little surprised because in the second quarter we almost hit 6000$ which seemed like an increase which is good in my opinion even though the correction is still happening so far which makes prices a little stagnant
Yes because the reality is that all of us are always expecting a bull run every single year but sometimes our expectations failed us because there are years that bull run didnt occur ( for example last year 2018 ) but last year was seem to be more obvious because the market shows a negative trend while not unlike this year that the market is now healthy so yeah it was expected that the bull run will be succesful this year .

I very much hope that next year will pleasantly surprise us with unexpected changes. I want to see an active increase in the price of coins. Unfortunately, prices are still falling.
