The price can rise when there is a demand! And now I see the situation is steadily unstable! The price moves steadily slowly, vice versa down, and you want to do the opposite!
I have believe that there will definitely be Bull run but it from March or middle of the year but let's also thread carefully so we don't get dashed the bull doesn't run when we expected
Now the market situation is a completely bearish mode which we cannot able to guess when actually bull run will start. We need to see how potential the marker is going to be in the coming days because we are going to see many positive results from outside.
i don't see Bullrun in this year, but pumping in market still there, and market condition for this year is not stable maybe even stable bitcoin price still in price $3000/Bitcoin for few month
You cannot ignore the fact that everything on the market depends not only on the demand for the cryptocurrencies but also on some events (new ICOs, forks, hackers attacks, etc). Bull run or a bloodbath can happen at any moment.

This year probability for a bull run we can expect the main reason is most of the developments happened in 2018 we can see product release when the new developments happening in blockchain software we can expect price pump

There was no bull run at the end of 2018. Bitcoin did not raise prices at the end of the year as in previous years which it happened. Even without Bull run happening. I believe 2019 Bitcoin will recreate strongly.
