My house located on Indonesia, If I calculate with bitcoin, I put low price about 0.2 BTC, the yard size is 108 square meter, and house size is 36 square meter. quite cheap for that size but still didn't sold yet.
Whether it is cheap or not will depend on the city where your house is, because each city in Indonesia has a fairly different market price for houses, and if your house is located in a fairly busy place I agree it is quite cheap
My house is located in the suburbs but is not far away from airport, about 4-7 KM, only 10-15 minutes in driving. There is a McDonald's store about 2 Km. Maybe it because it's still quiet and not much development around housing complex.

If didn't sold out for this year, I have to thinking to renting out my house. But, to able to rent it out, I have to make full renovation, so if I calculated I need about 0.1 BTC for comfortable ot living.
Oh, so it's the bare-type finish. You're right that because it's unfinished and bare type, it's not appealing to the eyes of potential buyers and that's why do a little renovation of it. Maybe a bit of flourishing and finishing the kitchen and just add the renovation expense to the selling price.
