The simple reality is that you have put a price on this property that is not reflective of the market price. If you want to sell it fast, you will need to price it below the market price, maybe even more than 10%. That nice trick, but I ever make the title like that on the marketplace, and always ends with disappointment. The Buyer just asking and only gives false hope for a week.

You're in hurry and need money ASAP, it's all about you, while there's no benefit for someone to buy your house. You need to have a strategy that make them encouraged to buy your house or make them think they get the same benefit like you.

Another strategy beside dark empathy is hire a fake buyer.

Let's say your client will meet you today to explore your house, you should invite your friends to become another fake buyer that also interested to buy your house. While exploring, your friends should show interest to buy your house, this will encourage the client to buy your house since they will think your house is good.

Yes I admit my house paint is a bit dull, and lots of wild plants in the yard. maybe if I have time I will repaint my house and mowing the grass to make my condition look good and habitable. Most ads spender are costing a lot for you to have more audience on that. You'll only get the results that you deserve with that amount of ads spent for that house for sale.

That's quite cheap and I think the fastest way for you to sell that is to contact local real estate brokers. Whether you'd sell it through Bitcoin or fiat when the potential buyers aren't seeing it, you will really have hard time in closing the deal and liquidating that property of yours. Other than that, upon hiring local real estate agents or brokers, you can also hire someone to do your social media ads.

Have you tried contacting a real estate agency? They usually are the ones that deal with things like this. They know clients that may be interested in your property and they have larger audience reach than you.

There’s really no strategy in selling real estate especially if the location and the state of property is not desirable. Be careful with lowering down the price as you may find yourself at loss.

If you want to sell a house fast then you got to sell it for cheaper than the market price, if 1sq feet is $100 then you might be willing it to sell it for $70 then the agents will get interest because they know they can potentially make profits if they buy from you and sell for higher price and usually selling any house won't be fast enough unless it's in some kind of prime location or someone who is in real need for that place.

One of the major reasons why I don’t usually advice against selling off of properties and buying bitcoin is because the investor might have weighed their options and saw that the decision is worth it. For properties like housing I will first advice you to put it out for rent as it can be a way of passive income if at all the house is still in good Shape. Bitcoin is continuous investment thing money gotten through passive incomes can be use to invest in it gradually.

But if you have made up your mind to actually sell it out it is still not a bad option because the properties like house depreciates if left abandoned. So for selling it off I think you need to be patient or properly give this deal to Realtors, because they are the only people that can market it properly and get buyers fast. But be sure make sure you know the Realtor very well because they are one conniving people that are hard to deal with and don’t act desperate to them. But trust me they will sell it off fast for you

First, you need to ensure that the house is in good condition. Nobody will buy a house that they would spend more on repairs. The price will have to be reduced further if it is not in good shape.

Second, have you ever gotten offers from any interested buyers? If you have, you should enquire why they failed to buy the property. You can get an honest report from them if you ask.

Third, you can consider registering with more estate agents. These agents are good in marketing properties especially if you promise them high commissions.

However, if I was the owner of the property, I wouldn't sell it. I might consider renting it and using the money to fund my DCA buying strategy. It is better to prepare for the bull run before it starts.

You will not get the best deal for your property if you are desperate, and from experience I can tell you that at the point where you are almost completely frustrated is the time where you will get a client who will be willing to pay the fee you demand.

Don't be in a hurry to sell; if you cannot get a client who wants to buy, try putting the property up for lease.
