Yes, of course I have another house that I live in now. That another house I bought when bitcoin bullrun on 2021. The story is, I sold my motorbike in 2018, then I bought Bitcoin, and held it until 2021 and sold it. With that money, I bought a house and want to sell it today. That experience taught me if bitcoin makes a great investment from motorbike to be house. So, is am wrong if I want to sell my house and use that money to buy back again bitcoin?. No, I think I am not wrong, I have taken the right steps before, and I belive bitcoin will repeat it again in next year. It's not impossible from the house today to be a mansion in next year.

when I created this thread, the bitcoin price is around $64,000, I put 0.2 BTC, about $12,800 at that time. Now, I have decreased it to 0.13 BTC basic with current price.
As this situation, we know I don't make wrong decision, right?. because Bitcoin price is in accordance with my previous prediction.

I've experienced how bitcoin prices increase with the halving time because of that I have to sell my house according at the time.
The problem is the current Indonesia economy is not doing well, Indonesian society prioritize other things than buy house. they are not interested in buying a house even I put it below the market price.

Have you tried to sell your house with the help of a broker? I was in the real estate business and selling a house is harder than people think, even if the price is low, it's still hard because when you set a low price on a house, many people think that the house has some problems or the neighbourhood is bad or the place is bad. I think it's better to set an average price and if someone calls, try to negotiate with them and lower the price.
