I am not against it but as much as I could I want my kid to enjoy her youth by playing and doing what she loves.
We as an adult know how complicated and sometimes stressful crypto could be.
I don't want her to feel it at a very young age.

Kids should not just know about Bitcoin, they should also know about all things digital currencies. I would add that if the parent's goal is to actually pass the knowledge then they must tailor the lessons to the age grade of their children. For example kids from 5 - 7 could be introduced to bitcoin and other digital currencies via colouring books or short stories filled with lots of cartoons.

This is a natural thing because children are usually more interested when doing something that smells of games, remembering in this case when they are taught about finance, they will not really understand.
But when it comes to creativity it's obviously very different and some of today's games and NFT do make them a little bit interested in that because it's something they find fun.
This can also be a stimulus for parents because the child's desire is good enough and it's just a matter of directing it.
It does look natural, but I think it's only for children who are still learning and also still in school with an immature age category.
So it is clear that they will see more interesting things and devote their creativity to gaming and NFT without being implied to make money when they are still cool to play like that. And parents actually also need to control this so that they know the extent of their children's preferences, talents and creativity in this field so that one day they can be directly directed as you intended.
In schools children already know about bitcoin, I have friends who are mothers and they asked me if bitcoin was reliable, because their children had told them about that currency, and they sent them to do research on it, it seemed very good to me and I congratulated my friend for the school where she has her children, I would have wanted to have known bitcoin in 2009, because I would have dedicated myself to buying and buying and had a dream life at this time, those who bought and kept bitcoin , they are people who knew that it would explode and that it would be the currency of the future, I think they were not wrong and buying at this price is very cheap, because I believe that bitcoin will break all schemes.

Not Your Keys, Not Your Bitcoin

Introducing Bitcoin to children is not easy, especially those who still want to play with their friends, it's very difficult to introduce bitcoin to young children, and I don't want to rush it let alone to force it to play, I don't think we can force our egos to forcing them to get to know bitcoin, there is a time to know that, if they are ready and the knowledge is deep then we can teach it slowly, don't be in a hurry to do anything, so that our children can practice it according to their brain abilities..
It is just introducing them Bitcoin, not forcing them to invest or trade. I think introducing them the picture of Bitcoin or letting them know about the use of Bitcoin, isn't something hard to do. It shouldn't bother kids' time to play with their friends, we don't need much time to introduce it. In my opinion, you misunderstood what you should introduce to kids about Bitcoin.

I think introducing them and investing in them are two things, there is nothing bad introduction and no knowledge is wasted, even if the knowledge is a bad one, at least you will get the information that it is actually bad.
I feel it is not all children will want to learn things until they are forced to do it, especially if it is something they don't find interesting, you would have to improvise and find a means to let them like what you want to teach them and you know, if not an adult who knows the importance of money, kids don't. With time as they grow up, bitcoin will give them an open mind about the real financial system and not the ones they are been thought in school with excess demand and supply.  Grin

from a few years ago i have taught the basics of bitcoin and about investing in bitcoin to my son and my sister. and i'm very happy that since the beginning of last year they have started to set aside their pocket money to buy bitcoin and they hold their own wallet.
at first i was a little hesitant about how to explain bitcoin to my children and siblings but in fact they could understand what investing is and what's even more fun when they were both enthusiastically excited to invest in bitcoin with the hope that when they were adults they had at least some bitcoins to invest. be an asset in the future.
and at this time i have also started giving basic knowledge to my young relatives to learn to save or invest in bitcoin as an asset for the future. maybe this looks wrong but for me this is the best because the era will be more sophisticated and bitcoin will always be known throughout the country.
so i don't want my family or relatives to be late to join bitcoin

It's true that in today's era cryptocurrency is booming, you need to educate children. Everyone knows that nowadays, bitcoin will be the most appropriate and effective exchange.

Not only that, now payment with Bitcoin has also been widely applied.

In my opinion, the introduction of bitcoin is done when children are teenagers. However, all this must be slow and gradual. So, later when they grow up, they have started to adapt to this situation.

Teach them the approach to being creative, so that they unleash their creative potential as well. But if you direct them to make money from a young age is not necessarily a good thing, it's a double-edged sword.
Most of today, children do not know how to make money but they also understand the value of money, only when they have money can they buy candy, toys...If you direct them to make money too soon, they will start to be greedy, always chasing money by playing games or they will find similar ways to earn money, neglecting their studies, not focusing on their studies. That is why educational programs are specifically divided according to each student's learning stage to suit each age.

Of course. If we only teach kids to make money, they'd turn greedy by the time they reach adulthood. During a kid's childhood, it's important to educate them about other aspects of life to become a self-sufficient person. I think kids will quickly adopt Bitcoin over traditional Fiat currencies because it has no age restrictions. Some would say that paper money can also be used regardless of age, but the thing is physical money will eventually be replaced by government-issued digital currencies. When that happens, you won't be able to use Fiat as cash without the need to provide personally-identifiable information. That's where Bitcoin comes in. With Play-to-Earn games, decentralized borrowing/lending protocols, and even decentralized exchanges, kids can participate in the global economy without the need to have a bank account. The more we teach our kids about Bitcoin, the better. Who knows if future generations ditch banks altogether in favor of Bitcoin? Just my thoughts Grin

I don't have any kids but I generally talk about Bitcoin with my cousins' kids. Most of them heard about Binance as their dads and mums tried it once. But they are not exactly aware what's going on through Blockchain technology. They need proper guidance for sure. I think best way to teach kids about Blockchain technology is to make them try games with it. They may do transactions using wallets like metamask. Then they may become familiar. At that point its not gonna be hard for them to learn Bitcoin itself.

Yes. In the region where I live, many children and young people are very interested in the world of cryptocurrencies and are doing research. I think these kids could be rich if they just put some money in their hands. I see a bright future as I look at them.
No future would able to determine and there's no assurance that those kids who had involved on crypto on early age would automatically considered on ending up on being rich here on crypto space.
It would always matter or depends on how they do able to deal up with this very unpredictable market. In terms of laws and regulations then we dont still have the idea on where things might end up.
We cant able to determine on what would be the hardships that we might able to face ahead, whether crypto would be still existing on future years or totally been controlled and been
banned out by most government. There's no assurance if we do speak about future but seeing its potential then we could say that it is really that bright.

What region might that be if you would?
Although, its okay if you don't as it might place you to a locale and that is something not everyone wishes to make public, at least not just yet maybe.

May I ask what age category are you referring to as children or kids?

As much as we want kids from 10 years and below to be aware of crypto and how the financial aspects of our world works, they also pose a risk to us with the more they know. Privacy and security are some important stuff in the cryptospace and kids might just not know or won't be just as private as you would want them to be about these. You've got to thread carefully and make sure they know just what they ought to know and about enough.

The dream of every successful businessman or woman is to have a good successor. you can not be in the light in which bitcoin has brought you to and allow your children to suffer because you failed to teach them the secret behind your wealth. Let your kids know that bitcoin is the surest way to financial freedom, teach them now that bitcoin is of more value than fiat currency, educate them about the importance of bitcoin to mankind, let them know that bitcoin has changed the economy of countries who saw the light in it and adopted it as a means of doing transactions.

Now that your kids are young and vibrant, be their tutor, ensure they are bitcoin oriented, save them from financial dependency, encourage them to rely on bitcoin instead of saving fiat currency that Depreciates now and then.

Our kids represent the leaders of tomorrow, let's teach them about bitcoin now that we can.

Wow! This is indeed the best Bitcoin motivation writeup i have ever seen in quite a long while. I am really moved by your words because you actually just spoke the truth and what could happen in the future if we do not take prompt action today and now. Because is true, our kids do need to know about Bitcoin and no one will teach them better than we who are already into the system, because fiat will keep on depreciating each year, of which saving funds in Bitcoin will be thes best investment for our child's future

Besides a creativity that is owned by children and is also liked by children towards games that smell like crypto and NFT that are already in crypto. Kids will eventually turn to money when they see more people making money in the crypto space from all walks of life and from various sources that can be linked to crypto.

Children's first stimulation will indeed be like trying to play with games and making NFT drawings when they start to like it, but when they can cash in on them, then they will see every thing from other references as seen by adults.

Play-to-Earn games would surely attract kids of all ages. They're quite familiar with video games, anyways. While the amount of Bitcoin earned won't be that much in Fiat terms, kids could accumulate rewards for future use. A penny here and a penny there will surely make a difference in the long term. If Bitcoin goes up in price as predicted, then many kids would be able to make a fortune by the time they reach adulthood.

I think it's much easier to teach a kid about Bitcoin, than an adult. They're quick learners, as their minds are open to everything. Who knows if those kids become the next generation of people who adopt digital currencies (either CBDCs or crypto) for mainstream payments? Just my thoughts Grin

Teach them the approach to being creative, so that they unleash their creative potential as well. But if you direct them to make money from a young age is not necessarily a good thing, it's a double-edged sword.

It baffles me how kids of these days get acquainted to technology very fast. They are eager to learn about technology and adopt it with ease. I believe every man would want their kids to take after or over them. It is nice so because the would financially independent and start making impart as the case may be. It would be nice they are also properly groomed so as not to fall prey of unforseen circumstances.

I'm not married yet, but when I'm married and have kids I'll teach him about bitcoin. But for a while I've been applying it to my family and friends about bitcoin that I know and they're very enthusiastic.

I started to teach my friends about it too but only those who are mature enough to think that I am just giving them some idea about it not to be their financial adviser because some people think I'm promoting some kinds of investment platform which is not right because when they will gonna messed up their crypto investment, they will gonna put the blame on me. So it's better when we gonna explain to them, we need to make it all clear and it is recommended to teach the closes friends you have not just some random people.

Teaching or introducing bitcoin to children at the right age is a must, because bitcoin is the future they need to know about before it's too late.
and I plan to introduce bitcoin to my child for the first time at the age of 7 years gradually so as not to interfere with his childhood activities, at least he knows what bitcoin is and its functions. And at 9 or 10 maybe I will teach it in my spare time after the activities including playing are finished and keep it gradual.

and I have a son who is not yet one year old, and I have introduced bitcoin symbols from pictures even toys that I made with bitcoin pictures, and he really likes it and also always accompanies me when I open the market charts and also all activities related to bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. And what's even more surprising is that he can say bitcoin, and in the language he calls bitcoin, is "itoin" Grin. And the reason I always say bitcoin to my cute and very active son is because of all the costs of giving birth to my child, I paid for it using bitcoin, and it happened so suddenly that I will never forget it. And I also made this story a topic.

You just can't expect that your kids want to be what you like to be. This is not the time where kids come along with their fathers to learn their trade and will inherit the business in the future.

Most of them today are more interested in playing online games. I'd like to start by teaching to play Axie or whichever game will be good for earning. Making this investment enjoyable for the kid. I'm sure he will find someone to chat with about tokens and BTC one day.

I think your decision is very good, indeed we as parents must educate our children wisely, that is, it must be in accordance with their hobbies, because of course the potential and talents of people are different, even if for example we want to teach about bitcoin, wait for the right moment, the point is no compulsion.
We need to give the teaching at the right age. Another thing just because they're into gaming we shouldn't give advice on playing so and so game. Because, most of the time kids used to play games after hard discussion with their friends. Let them find and make a conclusion.

Here's the thing ...

There is dilemma inside of me , at one side i believe that bitcoin gonna be the next internet , something that going to be used primarily in our daily lives in the future , just like we used internet to have an entertainment ... to have a job making money in it and so on. But at the otherside i just think that the ecosystem , the atmosphere currently are not supported yet to make our kids really understand the concept of bitcoin where not much real example in their daily activities, a tough one for me.
